Update to 4.4.4 without pc? - Sprint Samsung Galaxy Note 3

Is there a way to update to 4.4.4 without a pc? My computer is down right now. Would mobile Odin work or no?

if you have cwm/twrp you could flash a back up of someone who would not mined giving it to you maybe asked someone to do a full wipe then make a back up send it to you then they can restore from the resent backup other then this nope this would give you the modem and all it sounds like alot but its really not

Similiar to the file here this will update your device to MJ7 without wiping. However, always back-up your data.
The bootloader is locked on this version and keeping root may or may not happen. Please do your research before updating.
To use:
Download the file below
Extract the tar.md5 file
Flash that file in Odin

Please give credit if using this file! Thanks.

Yes - if you need to be certain everything is wiped (all data will be lost) and stock you can go this route instead: here

No this is an odin image, meant for flashing in odin if you get soft bricked and have no other options. Knox is definitely in it. I would imagine that roms will be popping up shortly to give you what you are looking for.

I flashed it and don't seem to be having any wifi issues. Dunno about MMS.
However, it will cause you to lose root. I had half-working root which didn't really give me much due to SELinux (I couldn't remount /system, for example), so losing that wasn't a big loss.

"Half working" meant that I could get a "#" prompt, and could read files that I couldn't as a non-root user, but still with SELinux enforcement enabled, keeping me from doing much of anything, like mounts, etc. I started rooted on MI1 and enabled SuperSU recovery, but it didn't work for me. Probably something I did wrong, and SuperSU wasn't able to reinstall itself properly.

Would I be able to flash back to stock through ODIN?

What build are you on? Here's a link for what you need if you are MJ7 or MK2.

These are tar images you flash in odin that take you back to stock. I would recommend the full wipe version.

It would probably be much easier, to just flash the NAB tar, in Odin: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2655883. You'll be on the official KitKat 4.4.2, with all of the firmware updates. Use the TWRP recovery from the OP of this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2630514.

I've read that the servers were overloaded, so they stopped the updates, and started rolling them out in stages. If what the 'internet' says is true, another 20% of users, will get the update Monday, and then another 20% sometimes after that.
If that's really the case, that probably explains why it says you're up to date (because you are up to date, based on what's available to you at that moment).

I am a high level user but Samsung has fracked it up as usual. I did NK4 a few times (ODIN)....then immediately did hard reset....the trouble with this process is that I need to root to use WANAM to get back that OFFICIAL Status...and that seems to be the issue. If you leave it on CUSTOM...OTA will NOT come through. Even KIES is not reporting it right. I am totally baffled. This is Samsung not Android that is ****ing it up.

I cannot simply just ODIN NK4/NH7....because my the firmware says CUSTOM....so I have to get that back to official. And the only way that seems to happen is to do a WANAM Framework hack. Am I missing something here? Doing an ODIN of firmware never seemed to change the status back to OFFICIAL (it did on my NOTE 2....but not on the NOTE 3....) they hacked something into the firmware I guess. How do you get back to OFFICIAL state after you do the ODIN? Sorry for my frustrations...I wanna smack Samsung makers right about now
----Maybe flashing a custom rom and then going back to stock via ODIN? Would that reset things? The thing I think I am missing here is the way to get it to say OFFICIAL so I do not get the OTA message saying your phone has been modified in unauthorized way....blah blah....and will not let me get the OTA.

Not entirely sure what you're trying to do but you should be able to find that pretty quick.
http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-80200/
If it's not in there then you can Google it.
Not hard to find.
And I don't think it's a good idea.
Odin should fix you no problem.

That site gives me no download links and I have tried several times to search around for the tool but can only find it for other devices, and the one I do find did not launch on my computer at all, its something that the phone installs when it boots and plugged into a PC but since my phone is just stuck there on the Odin screen that's a no go...

What happens when you flash with Odin?
Fails?
if so have you flashed with Odin using the PIT file?
This is needed in order to repartition the device due to the botched recovery install i believe.
After it gets pass "aboot" it says fail " auth"

Odin should work.
I have had problems with cables, usb ports and had to use the PIT file before also.
do you have another pc you can try as well?
Try a new cable using the pit file or a different pc. These make all the difference

Another good quality usb cable?
I've recently had to get a new one bc my original cable doesn't work with Odin anymore
It would always stop at hidden partition then eventually get worse stopping at earlier partitions.
