I have a mmx canvas 4 A210 / blue one as its commonly known, while in the process of flashing completely formatted bootloader via sptool, while changing rom
the phone don't go into recovery or start up..... need help if any ....... or suggestion,
not yet ready to give up so please give your suggestion.... thanking you

I got a Korean phone SKY IM A690S 2 weeks ago. until now , I can't do anything with this phone , just make a phone call or send message.
As you know , everyone uses smartphone always wants to explore all the features of the phones as well as can cook , can flash new os.

I know that some of the random non brand name devices I've used, I could just use an adb shell and get root. But this isn't true for everything. As for rom cooking and recovery, that's a whole nother beast.

hi. the current os version is 2.3.4 . you can update by turn on wifi and wait for 1 hour . about 220mb .

Hey guys. Am very new around here so, am just gonna start off by thanking everyone here who've helped me so many a times.
So, here's what happened. My younger brother owns a Micromax A45(Rooted and Cm 5 installed). He, By mistake formatted the SD card while in recovery mode. And since then the phone doesn't boot up. When attempted it just stays on the boot page, the logo superfone punk repeats in loop but it doesn't take another level.There was a backup of the stock rom which got formatted with the SD card. I've seen posts here of ppl having Rom dumps but how can flash a phone which doesn't respond when connected to a computer? If anyone has a back up of the stock rom please share it with me.So that I could paste and do the recovery part through Cm in recovery mode. I'd be forever grateful.

Although the problem I had then had been fixed but I'd be happy to have the stock Rom for when crisis dawns on me.
Also if you have any custom Roms except the Xtreme Mod 1 & 2 versions, for micromax A45 I'd be really thankful.

I need assistance in Developing custom CWM Recovery for Micromax A59.
i am the first one to successfully backup the stock recovery for this model of phone.
But now i want to take a step further and port cwm to stock recovery.
I that i need your help.
With this thread you will find the stock recovery extracted and if you check my old posts you can find the stock "recovery.img" also.

hello sir i have canvas hd a116i(android version 4.2.1) and i tried rooting it from"How to Root the Micromax Canvas HD A116 (Easiest & Safest) - Cursed4Eva.com(YouTube) " after rooting when i rebooted the phone i had imei issue then i resolve it from my my friend and with the help of google,later when i checked by root checker then it had no root access and then also superuser was installled and i needed to uninstalled this so i tried to unroot this from How to Unroot / Unbrick the Micromax Canvas HD A116 (Easiest & Safest) - Cursed4Eva.com (YouTube)" , and since i tried this my device is stucked and touch isn't working it starts like new but when i select language touch has become unresponsive , help sir do ineed to install stock rom 4.2.1.
or it all happened becoz i had 4.2.1 and i started 4.1.2 that's why happened?
please sir help, i was not able to post the link so i posted youtube search.

Hi, I rooted my canvas selfie a255 phone and uninstalled some system apps.
but there are some errors and my phone was stuck at boot logo.
after hard reset, it is turning on but main screen is not getting displayed though the phone is partially functioning.
Now I want to update the os or just want to put back the original os. but I have no back up.
I googled a lot, but not getting a single genuine post about the custom os for canvas selfie a255.
some one please help me?

Custom ROMs are Not Present for Every Devices..It's Depends on The Device & The Specific Device Developer, If He is a ROM Developer & Having Your Device Means He Will Make ROMs for your Device Or Else You Can't Find Any Custom ROMs for You Device Any where.. Instead of Searching for Custom ROM ,search for STOCK ROM for your device & flash it to Fix the Issues Which You Are Facing Now .. As You Have Deleted System Files ,There Is No Way To Fix ,Even A Factory Reset Can't, It Won't Regenerate a Deleted System Files Even after Reset..So The Only Way is To Flash Your Device Stock ROM ..Search & Download it & flash it ..

Thank you so much bro for taking time to reply. I tried searching the stock os but did not get it anywhere. But i am able to use my phone after installing a launcher. but i will search for the os through the link u have provided.
