Take a look on the "morelocal 2" app from playstore which has Farsi / Persian language included.. Great and small app without any bugs... I use it to push my phone from English / Hindi to German language..

I recently bought a turkish mobile called evobt rs6 itsnt popular then I discovered that
Arabic language isn't included in settings.
I rooted it and used morelocale2 but in vain only programs became
Arabic and I need the whole system to be Arabic

my problem with my xperia z2 is that there is no arabic language support via the language settings on my device.
i realy want to have arabic setup on my z2, hope someone can guide me with some help
