Hi Xda's i have a Galaxy S3 I9300 with no network no sim recognisation and also with no Imei ?? '(see the screenshot please ) well i saw that flashing an official firmware would solve it but i flashed (I9300XXUGML2_I9300AUTGML1_AUT) firmware with odin v3.09 but nothing has changed ?? i don't have any backup of my EFS folder :/ affrontunatly . But if there is some way to get the generic Imei or return back my Imei would be good please Help Xda's i only got this phone and i should go study tomorrow so i have to fix it today please Help . and thnx for reading this
please Xda's i provided all the infos about my phone so if any flash needed please give me exact files i don't wanna run into died phone please :s and thnx for help

I have got issues with my firmware that is on the phone programs keep crashing like phone dialer and contacts its just a dud vodafone firmware that i put on after a custom rom i had on.
What i had planned to do it try get ICS on the phone but i canot work out how to put it on I had the CWM on my phone but it wont read the zip file on the sd card?
So i put the vodafone firmware on using odin now nothing much works and im having trouble over writing it?

if someone can help me out that would be great i cant even do a software update im not sure what is going on.

Do a factory reset in the first instance.
If you want to re-root your phone, CFRoot thread. Pay particular attention to the section that begins "Help ! Which file do I use ?" in bold red,
That will give you root & CWM. You can then flash any rom you want.

I'm no pro, it looks like your digitizer could be the problem... ?? THERE ARE MUCH MORE SKILLED PEOPLE ON THIS FORUM!! Great people. Maybe they will respond.... Have you dropped it or anything lately, or is it just in "downloader mode" when the issue happens?

Hi all.
After rooting and installing liquidsmooth (rom) i lost my network connection. My imei was null/null, and tried to install stock firmware and it did not help at all. I found this thread from sammobile www .sammobile. com/forum/showthread.php?t=13140 and it looked pretty promising so i gave it a try.
After section 3 things went more downhill and my phone did not create new datafiles, and that text in screenshot came up. It stays in there until i open a app and comes back when close em.
Also EFS professional did not recognize my phone.
I'm hoping that someone can help me with this problem.
If u guys need more information, just ask.

Edit: got my IMEI back, but that text box still stays. anyone know what to do with it?
Its called 'factory mode'.
Do a search on how to remove it, there's previous threads about this

I'm having a problem with my S3 and I hope someone can help me..
My S3 already was rooted in the pass, but I unrooted it and this was like 6 months to 1 year ago.
Today I made some calls and after I went to lunch my phone was already broken and giving erros like "not registered in the network" or " movel network unvailable" ( I don't know if this is the right translate since I'm portuguese as well like my phone)
I try to take the IMEI code dial:

and it says Imei null/null like you can see in the image
I already try to use another sim cards and still not working. I put some images so you guys can see what is the problem

Edit: I tried call the 911 of portugal that is 112 and also don't work, it says "Area out of service" :/
