First install JB 4.1.1 and then install this ROM. Can you please paste the "About Phone" details.

From what I understand , it is necessary to replace the BT_ADDR file that is in version 4.2.2 at version 4.1 file , this will cause the Bluetooth feature to work .

This is my first custom ROM that i have installedi My Micromax HD A116,i and i have sucessfuly done along with mt Collegue,3 Cheers to the developer,
i faced a issue after the 6.3 patch version was installed,when i tried to capure a picture thru camers the camera is not responding,it is showing me a gree screen with camera options and cannot connect to the camera,please sort out this issue for me

1. I downloaded S5 Custom Rom for my Micromax A116 and it worked fine.
2. Then I downloaded "Update v6.2 to v6.3" from all mirrors but it seems the file is corrupt
3. Then I downloaded Update v6.3 and flashed the same way I did for point no.1 then it stopped working
After performing point no.3, the phone stopped working. It was getting hung on the SAMSUNG logo. So I went to recovery mode and did point no.1 again. Now it is working fine.
Can someone tell me how to install the Update v6.2 to v6.3 and Update v6.3 patch?

I tried Update v6.2 to v6.3 but the file that is getting downloaded seems to be corrupt so I did 6.3 but phone hangs in samsung logo. I am also waiting for an answer to my question posted above you

So Can someone tell me how do i port a Rom for my device, like i want miui v6 for my Panasonic P81(which is not available currently). And the base rom which you are telling should be of cyanogenmod, but cyanogen is not available for my device! So what base rom should i take? thanks! and should the port be of the same type as the base? i mean like i have a base of cyanogen (just an example) and i have a port of miui then what should i do?

Hey guys, thanks for the guide.
I want to try porting a ROM for the first time between two 64bit devices with the same processor (MTK6753) .
Only differences are:
Base= 2gb ram, 5.2 inch screen and battery capacity 2900mah
Port= 3gb ram, 5.5 Inch screen,
And battery capacity 4160 mah
I am trying to port from the stock firmware (extracting system.img to get system files) to cm 12.1, probably meaning I'll have issues later with meta files... But I'll find a way
Are there any files that you recommend replacing to deal with the differences in phone specs.

i have tested all the roms non work well with except the stock OS an OTA update was released on sunday that made it look better sha, only leagoo and g3 roms work with the flip cover but they lock up after u close it , the g3 can still be opened if u slide down the notification bar
