Is this a good choice?

Or is the ones like zerolemon's battery that is like 3 times the capacity?

Hello,
to all you x10 mini users (you pro users have the option to replace the battery easily):
Have you already noticed some decrease in battery life since getting your mini?
If so, how long have you been using it? It has been released roughly one year ago. Or no changes so far? How are you using it? Moderately, heavily? How long are you getting out of one charge?
Do tell
Good idea, though I1ve got Mini Pro, it's still interesting
I bought my mini in the middle of august 2010. Battery life is still the same. Moderate use 2-3 days. High use 1 day. Like every other smartphone.
I got mine last December and besides using MiniCM6 that uses more battery than the stock Rom, the battery duration haven't decreased.
Let me here give you and example of how bad is this phone battery situation is .
I have an HTC HD2 running android 2.3.3 and it has a 1GHZ processor which is the same with the xperia mini pro i bought , on the other hand the HD2 has 4.3" screen while the mini pro is only 3" so I already nticed after using the mini pro that its consuming so much battery than the HD2 but i wanted to be more specific so below are the details
HD2 Battery is 1230mA, xperia mini pro 1200mA ( Almost the same )
so I left both of them in idle for 8 hours ( wifi is on both have the same apps like Facebook , google+, twitter, with the same update settings, )
the HD2 dropped from 82% to 71% in 8 hours in idle (Lost 11% )
The mini pro dropped from 100% to 50% in 8 hours in idle ( lost 50%)
for me this is a big gap between the two devices and to be honest i expected the HD2 to have a shorted battery life conidering its much more powerfull device and its 2 years old with the same 2 years old battery.
and i also noticed that during the test:
the HD2 never exceeded 10mAh consumption at all
the mini pro rarely went below 50mAh and the minimum was 26mAh
so i guess there is something that eats the battery during the idle time and it is taking alot of it comparing the two devices.
in fact when i bought the mini pro i wanted smaller device that will have a better battery life , but now its totally the opposit which make me confused.
custom ROM may increase the xperia mini pro battery life. before this i had a xperia x8, using the custom ROM, battery life increase 30-40% more than using the stock ROM. original ROM contain a lot of junk/trash application which consume more RAM and battery life.

I think there is something wrong with your phone or a app. my phone had lost 20 % on 8 hours, i got my phone today
I think there is something wrong but I'm not sure what it is exactly, and this is happening while the phone is in idle (sleep)
Ya my battery drains very fast too
Sent from my SK17i using XDA App
no problems with battery here... Maybe pro drains more
Sent from my ST15i using XDA App
There is (was?) similar problem with SE Arc, which I had before this phone. The culprit was the stock picture app which whould, once started, drain battery from the background. Try keeping it on idle after a reboot. I hope this phone does not have this issue, too, since it already has enough of them
i saw many complains for the battery life
and would like to know if anyone try this battery 3200 mAh
it is on ebay for 18$

((kill the space ))
does it make the battery last more ?? or it is a fake ??
i will buy x10 this month but it is used ,, so i want to know if there a test to know either the battery works good or not ??
Hello, I tried something like that, but took it off fast because it made my phone bulky and ugly. However, it does last longer, about 170%-180% I used it only when i knew I'll stay away from power sources for a while.
And the one i used got hotter than the stock one.

and what is about gold 2430 mAh ?? it is the same size of the stock one and larger
and does the heat produce from it harm the mobile ??
thnx for ur reply
I never used the gold 2430, it seems to have 95%+ positive feedback on sites, and it seems to be identical in size with the original battery. I would've probably gone for that one if it was available.
The heat doesn't harm your mobile as it's not that hot, but it affects the battery life on long run. It didn't matter to me because i didn't use it as my main battery, but I think, when used as a main battery it will be very long until it will last noticeably less.
I would go for the gold 2430 because it can fit in the original case, and you can carry the original battery if you need it, without the need of a second back cover.
Good luck!

I'm using the 2600mAh extended version for my x10i and I think that the capacity of this battery is real
Can i replace mini pro battery with wt19i's battery ???? i have heard walkman has got a good battery life.. is it true ??? m very much new to this forum. plz help me out.
The battery is completely the same, using the battery in mini(pro) doesn't change anything.
Walkman might have better battery life, because it consumes less battery than mini pro, but the batteries are same(same voltage, same mAh), so you don't gain more juice.
i want to extend the life of my z7 mini, so i start to search new battery and i found this

Sorry to say but I am 98% sure it will be a load of junk. Those batteries perform worse than the smaller capacity stock batteries plus you also have a very high risk of burning a hole in your leg when this thing starts leaking. If you read the feedback a few people claim there is no improvement to the original one.
