one of my friend arranged this ROM for me. i have no much information but it is HK Phonesaigon ROM Mod by (Super Moderator) Build number HKM3-20130528-1600

One of my clients (i'm his IT man) has a Galaxy S4 which all of a sudden stopped doing anything and since he had bought it in Germany and will not be there until in a month's time, he decided to buy a Huawei Y600-U20. When we started the phone for the first time it came with spanish language - we live in Spain - but my client would like to have the system in German. To my surprise, in settings - language and input - there is only English, Spanish and a couple of ??? chinese or arabic ??? languages. So I would kindly ask you if you could point out a solution to that! I would appreciate your help very much!!!!
