Already install rom v40 & kernel v25 into my 2yrs old xperia x10.. Currently testing it for nearly 1 day without charging and still have power to go.. awesome rom.. !!
because they touch on the JB works better than GB, you can edit the build.prop (debug.performance.tuning) and (video.accelerate.hw)
I edited the and feel it is more sensitive.

Just one question why do Background apps still appear even if you swipe them away holding down the home button?
Hello there. On 1st. I just want to thank You for this great job u have made.
I am on v40 and FeraKenel v25. It feeling nice, but i have a one bug. Unfortunately sometimes, when the phone is on "non using mode" When i click "power" to see my apps etc. it's just turning off or crashes (black screen) and after few seconds it's turning on normally.... (FeraKernel Logo etc.) It's kinda annoying, when it happens few times per day... Someone had this problem too? Any advices to solve it?

I have gone over installation a few times and even flashed with flashtool but yet I cannot seem to get the wifi to work. it gives error while trying to activate. Any tips ?

Can't install feralab v40.2 with locked bootloader
I flashed the stock rom, rooted, and installed xrecovery. My flashtool does not have cwm so I can't install it. I can't install v40.2 zip from xrecovery, I get an error: E:Error in /.... (Status 0) Installation aborted.
As feravolt said "You may probably want to install LB kernel if you don't have CWM6 recovery." I tried installing "[GB]FeraKernel-v28_LB.zip". It completes but nothing changes. I still have the xrecovery.
What should I do?

Could you make an option in aroma which can remove gapps( GooglePlay, GMS, etc... ) from rom in the installation of final rom ?
I think actually the gapps make the rom heavy and I use them rarely. V40.02 was very slim and has a lots of free phone memory.

Greatjob on developing the firmware.
There were no issues during installation of kernel and firmware.zip file.
There is no google play store. Android version in this firmware was 2.5.1
I have downloaded 2.3.5 gapps zip file(gapps-gb-20110828-signed.zip file) and tried other zip files too.
Play store or Market apps were installed. But when i try to install any app from the store and click install after opening the app, it shows just downloading progress bar. But it is not downloading.
I tried clearing data and cache. But of no use.
Could you please send the link for gapps.zip file which will work with this firmware.?

no way man, as seen in his screenshots, there is definitely a messaging app, the one with the smiley face. never flashed it though, but will flash later. this rom catched my eye.

Hi there dude. Can you look what checksum do you have of your .zip file downloaded? And one more - look if you have apk called Conversations (open .zip -> system -> app -> [here]). If yes then it MUST be SMS app. Try to reflash my ROM again or redownload - maybe don't forget (if you have) fix permissions and don't use backups before flashing my ROM. In a short words - SMS app is here, in ROM, without any addons. Bye.

Got it working.
What i've done after stock,root, 2.33
1)formatted mem card. - copied only Diexperia7 Avanger.zip
2)full factory reset
3)wipe dalvik cache
4)wipre battery stats
5)fix permissions
install custom zip.
reboot all working

I have working full charging till 100% and all hardware buttons leds, I never heard about that issue....And next time write in my topic, cause this is about messaging app (which was fixed after our dialog), not Q&A.
BTW about Cosmic Flow - we can't make it on Stock ROM, until we get KGSL's on this.
BTW2 And letters of apps are "not normal" - I see this too, but it now causing any bugs, so you don't need to tell me this .

Can you maybe tell me how the browser differs from the stock 2.3.3 rom or other roms as on the stock rom i tried getting a live video streaming to play and it said i needed to install adobe flash (gave me the official links to adobe lol), and also on the stock if i search the market i could not find adobe flasherplayer anywhere, but with your rom installed i could get the the adobe flashplayer show up when searching google play. it installed and now i can watch the live video streaming i wanted. Soooo happy with this.

after downloading the file splitter and joiner program, just open the Uphoria v1.zip.001 with it. It will join both the files.
if any problem to download the program from the website, then do tell me. I will upload the .exe file
now backing up my current system, I will flash by flashtool and try your rom. when tested some time I will write some feedback.

the message "error occured while tethering" was there since i flashed the .89 fw by Tim_Italy....its ws still there even after i flashed the stock fw .54...so i dnt knw wether every1 will get the msg or nt...after that i also changed the SI version and flashed it the clean way (through PCC) but it ws still there...even that had a lot of bloatware...m currently running it on .54 without any prob
jst to inform...this rom ws originally built on .89 so has the build.prob of .89 but i have been running this rom since a week or so on .54 without any issues

My first mpressions on your rom are than i feel inspired with the framework and the themes,he wallpaper choose in all themes are good and brilliant.
My suggestions for next rom are if you can put aroma installer and put elements how cybershot 5.7.2 is really good ( in my old rom ) and update your build.prop with the last JDWalker 1.9 build.prop seems amazing brilliant results. If you can put a choose in aroma for governors, maybe can add more stability and battery friendly ( deppend on own chroose.

No bro im only experience the bug with the turqoise theme but not a problem at all, all the rest ar0e good for me, if you can delete othe apk's( i considered any apks how bloatware ) but dont worry all can delete the undwanted apks haha.
If you can,can add an option in aroma for debloat completly your rom. ( in my choice i delete thoose apk, all related with other keyboards except voice search and the original keyboard xperia, maps, street, talkback, and other i dont remember, i delete apks from / data partition. Your rom now is light and fuctional for me

thanks...and i was about to debloat it but nt every1 would like apps like timescape and all gone, so i thought that i will add an option for it in the v2 of it with aroma...this is just an experimental version to test my ROM...the future version would be much more stable and better

I've managed to get a temp solution bypassing sony ericsson supl server. Goes like this:
Change your gps.conf file, in SUPL_HOST=supl.sonyericsson.com > SUPL_HOST=supl.vodafone.com
and change your cacert.txt file in /etc/suplcert/ by my attachment.
About joining the 2 files, if you use linux, you can join them manually by:
cat FILEONE.001 FILETWO.002 > JOINFILE.ZIP
easy huh?
BTW: just downloaded this ROM, but i'm trying a little more another. In about a week or so I'll post a review here

Turqiouse Theme Fix
1. download the attachment
2. replace it with the BlueTheme.apk in system/vendor/overlay/framework
3. set permissions to RW R R
4. Reboot
"Error occurred during tethering" appears whenever tethering is put on with data off.
So, IMO there's nothing to fix unless you just want the notification to not appear. Tethering works anyway.

Yes, it does work. But the notification might raise doubts in some people's mind. So looking for a fix

This mod work very well but i have little problem with version 2.0. I have lg l9 ii with stock 4.1.2 jb on it, version 1.0 work with viper4android and it sound great but when i installed version 2.0 on clean rom (ofc still 4.1.2 jb) system run good without any issues or fcs but after installing viper i cant run it...! I dont know why but viper cant just run, it is in app drawer but when i click it make screen black for 3 sec and come back to app drawer wiothout any screens or something, he should ask about su permissions and install drivers but this not happen. Ofc super su and busy box are installed and work good, dont know why it happen, i tried install viper later extreme and first extreme later viper in both ways still same problem. I come back to 1.0 because viper for me is a must, maybe you people know how to fix it. Installing viper as system app dont change anything, i tried to add viper drivers on my own by copying its file from old system to lib folder and adding necessary lines in audio_effect.conf but app still cant run

I do see the build prop entries in my buildprop. Poweramp loads and runs fine. Can any one assist me? BTW, I did try to install ver 2 and ver 2 update. Separately of course. The fc behavior reported by others happened to me. I restored backup then installed version 1. Please advise how to locate the icon to use this program. TIA. Gary

Their is no app to say anything is open. Just trust the buildprop lines.

Providing it's Android 4 or up, sure.
Opss, until now I found problem with my phone: even I install busybody 15 or 18, then flash this mod (v2), then I found nothing add into my system/app and system/framework, ... only string was add into my build.prop. I don't know why, but before I installed successful this mod, with full file in this zip into my system, now didn't, even I mount system in recovery before flash zip. My phone is rooted, of course. Anyone like that?

When i flashed ExtremeBeats audio mod through recovery the phone gets started and when i try to unlock my phone by swiping on lockscreen phone get stuck and then i have to format my phone. Please help me in this situation.

More specific please... EB version? do you have custom kernel installed or just stock kernel from rom? do you mount /system before flashing EB? The best way to install EB is after flashing the new rom. You need to mount /system then flashing EB. Reboot. After that install v4a and its drivers. Reboot again. If you follow that method and found it's not working try another version of EB. If the problem still persists, seems like it come from your rom side not supporting it.

i flashed version 2.1 on my evo 4g lte with TWRP recovery and it flashed fine, but when i rebooted and played music, it stayed the same. Was an app supposed to be installed or something? I have Viper4android installed already, but extremebeats doesnt show up anywhere...are there more steps besides flashing with recovery?

This mod doesn't work on my HTC One M8. Android 4.4.4 3.28.xxx.x Rooted Stock, S-on. Tried it a bunch of times with different practices, it just soft bricks the phone every time.
OP, what can you say about this? It says in your page that my device is supported but it doesn't work. Or maybe it's just me, what should I do if it is? Help please, I'm really eager to have this mod.

bug: when i try to close all recent apps it appear this error code: "the application system UI has blocked in anamoly mode" (exactly i don' t know how it is in english but hope you understand! THANKS!

This is a CM bug, it will be fixed on future releases I suppose

1.Takes long to install apps. I think that is because ART and its not a problem.
2.Download app force cloce when I open it.
3.Spotify music works.
4.Towelroot not working.
5.I cant reboot to recovery.

1. Didn't have this issue
2. CM bug, it will be fixed
4. Haven't tried to root it
5. Not implemented yet from CyanogenMod, it is not a bug

1)My facebook messenger works fine, so it not necessary is a system problem
2)I've also noticed that when I go to choose a photo the documents app is force closing
All system apps crashing is not my fault, it will be fixed by CM team

The first time i've installed cm 12 i did it without do all the wipes, when i switched on the phone it worked but i had a lot of bugs, included the bug regarding the sim, system didn' t read it, so i switched off i did all the wipes and now it work perfectly
Have used it for 2 days now, works very good, batteri is ok, system ut is smooth, running nova launcher, all apps that i have tryed works ok. internet speed and wifi works perfekt.
For a alpha release it is perfect!!!!

You can turn recovery on by pressing up - home and power while you turn on the device... All you have to do is release buttons when you see recovery booting at left top corner of the screen... It works for me

Man once you installed the rom, even if you don t have the root you have the cwm, so, when will come an update all what you have to do is:
1 boot your phone into recovery mode
2 install the .zip from your sd
Doing this you will get the update!

You can do it installing app "link2sd" from the play store

I update my ace3 to 2011_11_21 release. My first experience is the temperature , my phone is hot. But doesn't matter because android 5.0 running on it!!
I think this rom is daily usable . Not fast as android 4.4 but fast.

I tgink you download the wrong rim you have an xperia z (yuga) and this rom is for an xperia z2 (sirius)
Other problem could be a wrong recovery please use the correct one for your device and than the problem should solved

i got d6503
i downloaded pac_sirius_KK.RC-3.dev_20141116-000514 for it
and after i flashed it , i got no mobile network
in the zip file it has file named d6502(which this could be the problem) but i didn't find anything for d6503
any ideas?
No this is not the problem, this is a script which choose the right gsm modem for the correct device its only needed for 6502. if you have the 6503 the rom should work because i use it at my own 6503. do you have full wipe your fon and format system before flashing?? Did you flash the boot.img from the rom after installing via fastboot ?? If not do this now but it could be possible that you need to flash the baseband from a sony rom. only if you don't see your imei in settings look on it !!

Hi guys!
I was running the latest build of Pac Rom KK (because Pac Rom is awesome).
Then I realized that there was a nightly out for Pac Rom LP that seemed to work quite well, so I decided to try and intall that (because Pac Rom is awesome).
When I tried running the installs (1. Rom, 2. Gapps, 3. SuperSU) it kept saying the above statement "E: Cannot load volume /misc!", and upon booting the phone will boot the OS, but the setup manager will crash (over and over), and the OS will be flickering and non-responsive to inputs. I'm guessing I might have busted something.
Worth noting: 1. The install did successfully install a new kernel because it is not the same as it was in the previous version.
2. It will install some of the fails, but seeing how it's lacking permissions, the install fails (goes for all three)
3. It does boot the OS, only that the OS doesn't work.
Judged by a google search, plenty of people have had this problem. However, I'm highly dependent on my phone, so I'm reaching out to you guys, hoping one of you could give me an answer faster than I can research (which I of course will continue doing. I'm not a lazy bum).
Does anyone have a fix for this or anyway to point me in the right direction?

The ROM is very good, but I found some bugs:
-The Application Audio does not open.
-Double-Tap to wake does not work
-The Non-fixed phone ringtone what I choose.
-The Alarm does not work and is changing all the time in the status bar.
-When Choose the standard for screen unlock the RELEASE is only done in two steps: Step 1 finger up and then is that drawing the unlock pattern.

Bluetooth issues
Since today my bluetooth will turn off, or not turn on at all, and will refuse to turn back on until I reboot the phone. The phone will also reset itself about once a day.
Is there anything I can send over to help track down the problem? I'm using a clean install of the latest build. I've not tried re-flashing the rom as of yet.

I have last Pac Man Rom beta 1. It is very good Rom. Acc last my trips I found some issues:
1. Problem with find connection to roaming operatots. All time I needed reset my fone and connected manualy. The time to new connect was so long without waranty to success.
2. Lost galery app all time.
3. Problem with wi fi connection. Sometime it is no possible to connect with open service.
And we all are waiting for fix version !

Okay in PAC Gerrit it shows that something in gesture settings have changed but this should not change if its works or not
I hope you can unlock your phone and maybe you should change your gesture or set it New
