People app crashes
I just flashed this ROM (latest STABLE 1013).
Is it possible that the people app crashes upon opening, or is it just me? I had the same issue with CM a couple of days ago before I flashed soem different ROMs.
A reliable ROM?
I'm running a stock ROM JB 4.2.2 on my rooted HOX+. I'm looking for a custom ROM that would have no bloatware, alot of free RAM, speed, stability and best gaming performance. I want to upgrade to Kitkat too. Which custom ROM should i be looking forward to?

before install this rom, i have a good wifi signal( 13 Mbps), after install this rom, i only have 6 Mbps is very poor, now i cant watch a video on youtube in 720p and cant watch 480p with asia server. how can i fix it?

I just installed mokee yesterday and so far I really like it. Stable and fast . One thing though, is it normal that I do not have facebook integration into my contacts? I usually connect my phone contacts with facebook, so profile pictures get synced, but with mokee it seems like it is not possible. Is there any workaround or am I just to blind to see the button?

I liked the rom but I'm missing few stock apps that were part of HTC one X+.
1. FM radio: this was life saver for me many times when I used to bored.
2. beats audio

I can third that. I'm using Cyanogenmod 11 M12 and elitekernel 4.4.X is a great boost. The phone functions way more smoothly (even with the powersaving app from Elitekernel's thread).
systemui process issue.
Hi All,
Fequently after I unlock my phone i get the error "unfortunately the process com.android.systemui has stopped.". After this the phone dont respond to any kind of user actions and goes to sleep again. this happens continuously for about 3-4 times before I could use it normally.
Also some times the phone dont come out of sleep when i try to unlock it, it wont respond at all just the three lights at bottom lights up and I have to re-start the phone back one more point is that I am not able to update the rom through OTA.
Version: mk44-enrc2b-201411230430-nightly.

Hello i'm installed this rom and don't works the calls when the handsfree is connected. The calls work but don't hear nothing and the people don't heart me. Without handsfree the calls works all perfect.

camera is not working
I installed latest version of this rom on my i9300... and when i try opening camera app then just black screen appears or sometimes app just starts normally but i cant change any option and the screen is also black... (no errors like "camera failed" )

i've just installed and test it, the score in antutu with official 4.3 was 23364 and with 4.4.4 was 23254, and the only thing that is not working is the camera, i've reeboted i've done everything in hope that the camera will work, but nothing, the ram usage with 4.3 and with 4.4.4 it is the same, tested 5 minutes ago, the only difference is that 4.4.4 it is more fluid, otherwise is the same...i do not recommend to update because is the same...

Reboot into fastboot and fastboot flash boot boot.img from the du.zip
I'm trying to install V4A, which works with every other ROM I've tried, but it will not install on this ROM and claims a busybox error. When I go to install busybox, I see that the current version is 1.21, which is outdated. The most recent version, 1.22, installs just fine and there are no errors from the busybox (stericson) app, but when I reboot and try installing V4A, it fails with the same busybox error. Again, this is the only ROM that V4A does not work with, so I know it's not a compatibility issue with the apk I'm using. I've tried it on Liquidsmooth, Omni, InsertCoin, Viper, and several others, both on KK ROMs and JB ROMs, and they all have installed V4A just fine. I am on the latest hboot, radio, and firmware, using Captain Throwbacks 2.8.0.3 TWRP recovery, and have not had any problems with V4A installing on any other ROMs until this ROM. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or information about this issue. If there is a better audio mod that works with this ROM I will gladly try it out because I much prefer this ROM over any other stock KK ROMs. Thanks in advance.

after much learning and trial and error i have up and running Dirty Unicorns 4.4.4 {Jewel} 8.1 on my Sprint Evo 4g Lte.
My job uses MDM to manage devices and deliver work/corporate email.
My job requires the device be encrypted.
when i try to encrypt my phone, it reboots and doesn't go through the encryption process.
I read post that have a custom rom on my phone should not prevent it for being encrypted.

At some point during the day the phone decided it would hide the time and date etc. If I swipe down, like I want to open the quick settings, the time and date will appear but after a couple seconds it disappears again. You can use the same GAPPS. They don't change just because the ROM version does.
They only change if the Android version changes from say Kitkat to Lollipop.
In this case, you're good man.....

I never thought i would see kitkat running on my S5312.
issues:
wifi hotspot shows as active but not detected when scanned from other devices.
usb thethering works but shows as limited connectivity. other than that no new issues.
i use wifi hotspot a lot. I googled it but cant find anything working.
Is there any patch for this? help me out.

downloaded rum whose date is the newest. According to the description fixed bluetooth and mtp. But the firmware found nothing fixed. Maybe I downloaded the wrong file?
Can you record audios on WhatsApp?
The bug section specified that the ROM can't record audio, but does that apply to WhatsApp audio message too (the one with the microphone icon)? I use that feature a lot, and it would be a shame to lose it.

Unzip the ROM's zip file and go to :
cmROMFileName\META-INF\com\google\android
and open the "updater-script" file using Notepad++.
Using Notepad++, delete the assert... line uptil the ";" before the "mount . . ." line...
Rezip the files and try installing the ROM.....it worked for me...
Having Problem Boot Up
I am having problem booting up the device after flash this firmware.
I flashed this firmware and wile the data and cache partition.
But when I boot the phone, it did not even enter the boot animation screen.
It just stuck at the screen where it shows the device model, and rebooted itself and goes into the CWM.
Been tried to reboot it a few times, still the same.
This was caused probably because u soft-bricked the device.....
Try rebooting in to recovery and flash firmware again...
If while rebooting into recovery, recovery is not opening, install CWM again.
(Flash CWM through Odin )....
After reinstalling CWM, flash the firmware again....

In android 5.0 there was some changes in libhardware,so patch from cm10.1 didn't work. I think some headers can found in libhardware_legacy/audio,but don't guarantee that will worked.

Unfortunately, both mobile now have the same MAC address.
How can I change the MAC address on a mobile phone now.

Yes. I got the same GPS issue. In order to get the GPS working, I need to clear the cache in the google play service app. I only had this problem after the new google play service update.
i have two problem for latest version blisspop
i have two issues arise in the latest version. im not sure its my phone or latest version bug tho.
1) when i set continuous alarm and make it never silent, but it seem around 2-4 times snooze it will dismiss and go straight for tomorrow. it is a bug or what?

thx for your work I have it installed on lg g2mini d620.
looks pretty good but have seen at least one reboot (?) and issues with camera hang. it sometimes keep showing the just taken picture and you have to quite camera and start again (but not always ... with instagram need to turn of enhanced image processing btw. otherwise just black photos ...)
also it "feels" battery drains faster than stock rom ... performace feels equivalent to stock.
so one question about the Resurrection Tools I see in the screenshot, but cannot find in my settings menu? is this available inside this rom for D620 or needs extra download or enablement?

as posted before have seen one reboot this morning and some issue with camera.
I wanted to try invaderjohn's ROM cm12 rom any time soon to compare ... especially interested if power consumption aka battery life differs (although I know it's always hard to compare).

- can't stand why the camera app doesn't work and why you all can't find another one to replace!!!
- I use also the Kool-aid kernel and the result is 20234 poits at AnTuTu Benchmark!!!
- I replaced the standard Knock-on (that doesn't work) with Knockr (beta) app taken on the "store", and it works to wake the phone not to shut down.
- It seems to use more battery than usual but I wait to say that is worse.

I installed this ROM and it's nice and fast! I also the mechanism implemented Kernel Kool-aid and the results are very good!!!
My score on AnTuTu is 20234 compared to 17300 of the original!!!
I have some questions and some clarifications to fix it:
- I do not understand why it does not work if the camera can not find a new one that functions in place of the original one?
- sometimes the browser crashes, i don't know why!
- For the Knock-On I used Knockr (beta) from the "store" ... you can do better, solve it please !!!
- Maybe a little consumes more battery than the original
- The alarm is reset each time you restart the device (it's a problem, I do not recognize the ringing in the morning !!!)
- I do not understand if there is a Smart Screen to not go to the standby screen!
I will update you if I have more tips ...

At least until someone figures out how to unlock the bootloader of the D625.
(The D620/D618 method doesn't work on the D625 because of its different SoC)

Some people reported the kernel does not work on this rom, so probably DT2W won't be available, as the keyhandler won't do anything.
