here is the superuser update package by me...version is v2.01
SuperSU apk and su binaries
in your own custom ROMs !
As is standard (and done by
the attached ZIP), normal is
to use /system/app/
Superuser.apk for the apk
and /system/xbin/su for the
binary...but dont worry...
Its a flashable zip....flash through custom recovery...
supersu v2.14 stable
here is superuser version 2.14...check

It is to run script on boot....
CMIIW....
@puppet
I'm now a fan of your work 2x over - first with the root procedure for the xperia minis et al, and now this solution.
Applied it on an xperia mini, and also more impressively, on an ICS 4.0.3 Onda Vi30 Deluxe tablet, all works with no issue. Will do it next on a Teclast P85 tablet.
Kudos.
hmmm....
tried this on my newly ICS'd mini ... the issue here is that the busybox here - from you own root kit -- is NOT compatible with the script as written -- you've made it dependent on sh (from v17.1), but most new busybox install -- lke your own root script -- including 1.20.x -- which dont have sh anymore.
can this be updated? can the script run with the builtin sh instead?

do we need to uninstall one of them? What is yours recommend?
My recomendation is that you uninstall one of them. They do basically the exact same thing, so you don't need both of them.
I'd rather just use SuperSU.

Will (or can) this have the patch for the Master Key? I tested OxygenMod, and it failed, and I asked in that thread a couple days ago, but no replies. http://www.androidpolice.com/2013/0...er-key-goes-public-already-patched-by-google/
It`s working fine. Also has CRT Screen Off Animation.

Hi all I just recently ported to this ROM. The ROM looks cool but bit difficult to understand(For me at least ) how to install super su instead of the annonoying built in security app and YES I already flashed the super su zip file from twrp and it was succesfull but the super user app is working like I opened the super user app and it didn't ask root access(same problem with busybox.xposed and ad away apps) the apps are not asking for root access T_T went to security app checked root access
The only app that asked root permission was titanium backup and its working correctly
Thank you
@STMypy hey bro its me your pal again
@stympy hey bro its me your pal again back with a fresh doubt
Just download update supersu v 2.46.zip file . After that flash them through twrp . Thats all .
I think busybox is already installed in this firmware

Soo let me understand... you did not want the default root manager from MIUI and installed SuperSU 2.46.
The flash was made from TWRP?
