I think you're in the wrong forum since the GT-P7500 & 7510 don't have an SD card slot.
Sent from the mini galaxy in my hands! ?

so i have the note, and my question is:
can you actually load and save things to your sd card like photos videos etc?
i was using autodesk spb application and trying to load photos and it wouldnt let me load anything from the sd card?
does the sd card on phones just,,,act like an external hard drive on a computer,,i.e plugged in by usb but nothing is 'runnable' in that sense directly from it?
please someone direct me to the apps that let you drain sd card memory to the phone memory,,as i see alot of places saing it is augmented,,,like with the nokia n900people were saying you could put it up to 64gb.
thankyou love my note
Since you already have your Note I'm assuming you have the international N7000 . . . so i think you might get a better response in the international forum:

I hope somebody can help me. I'm excited, because Joker got the camera working in CM9 0.2.0, so I installed it, but now I can't find any of my pictures!
I tend to take a lot of panoramic pictures, so many that I have this cute little nickname for them. I call them "panos". Isn't that cute? Anyway, I know they take up a lot of space, but I've got plenty of room on my SD card.
I can't understand where they might have gone. My photos are pretty important to me (I take pictures of really cool things like my **** when I'm using the toilet [which is why I use panoramic mode], and my sister when she's in the shower), so I'd really like to get them back.
I've looked all through my SD card, even through directories that look like maybe they're just cache directories, but I can't find my photos for the life of me.
I thought maybe I "pocket deleted" them, but surely I wouldn't have accidentally deleted all of them in my pocket, would I have?
Please help me. I'm not sure I can catch my sister in the shower again.

First of all, if you're running 0.2.0, I recommend upgrading to 0.3.3. It's really tits. But if that's what you're running, and you didn't edit vold.fstab, then you might not be seeing your SD card at all. Or, if you are running a new version, or you did edit your vold.fstab, but you have "Use internal storage" checked under Settings->Advanced, then your SD card is mounted at /emmc, and your internal memory is what's mounted at /sdcard.
So in either case, you may be looking at the contents of internal memory instead of your SD card, so what you expect to be there isn't.
If you took them with the stock camera, your pictures will be in /sdcard/DCIM/Camera as long as that's where your SD card is mounted.
Oh, and don't worry about those pics of your sister. I've got better ones I can send you.

ok, i havent had a single issue with my phone until yesterday. i tried to take a pic and i got the message of "cannot save". so i restarted the phone. once i did that, some pics i took the night before and had deleted - came back. since yesterday when this has happened, i have deleted said pics a total of 6 times. i also cannot move pics at all from one folder to another. i have all of my pic folders on the sd card. i have plenty of room on that sd card as well (way over half of its space left). anybody else run into this? how can i correct it with out losing pics? thanks in advance

only about a year old. all of my music is on that card as well and so far no issues with the music. only issues is with pic taking and managing.
Not on this phone, but had once a corrupted SD, which did the same. Was reading data, but could not write.
I suggest to try out a different SD (if you have one laying around). If that works, copy all of your content from the current SD to a computer and try to reformat it.
For the 2nd time in a week, I've got my SD card entirely reformatted by itself, and lost all my docs, photos, mp3... Not fatal, because I have most backups...
But I'm extremely mad at my Android (Samsung Galaxy A6 plus 2018, not rooted), as I can't understand how a SD card can get wiped out by itself and, I think, while on screen off. What app could have done that?
I've read that the card could be hardware faulty , but It worked perfect in my previous Note 4 android for a year, and never gave me trouble.
I also need some advice on recovering docs from the card, as I've lost my most recent photos. Thanks.
