I had the same thing on my end, even with a proxy. I found this apk from the internet, and it seems to work. There is guarantee that the apk is safe, other than that it works for me:

Ughhhh my laptop doesnt have internet connection and market doesnt allow me to download a free app that i want the most even after using market unlocker
Anyone care to be a good soul and help me by uploading the apk?

use the app DroidCam Wireless Webcam you can finf it free on play store.

Should I download this software on my mobile and as well as on PC to make it work and does it need my GPRS to be working when using this software.
You just need to download it on phone only...no need of any software on pc.
No need of gprs on phone...

I'm unable to download the "Ford SYNC" app from the Play store. It says the app is incompatible with all of my devices.
I've tried various Chrome extensions but can't seem to download the APK.

Does not mean it wont work when sideloaded. Just means it has not been tested. Now back to the question someone please post the .APK

Where can I get app install files, such as weather, Opera...etc. (I don't have a Samsung phone) I downloaded the SDK, and was thinking I could install them directly to the watch.
