I`ve Gionee M2(8GB), and I had root access when on 4.2.2. But after upgarding from 4.2.2 to 4.4.2 , I cann`t root the same. I`ve tried vroot, towelroot, but failed. I want to root Gionee m2 running on 4.4.2. Please guide me to do the same.

Hi guys.
I have a pc tablet allview ax4 nano and i recently updated to Kitkat 4.4.2

And i did try to root it with :
- Kingo Root
- FarmaRoot
- SRS Root
- Vroot
- Root oE (That chinese version)
But none of this did worked, what should i try next to root it?
I'm so devastated that i tried so many and none of them did work with this kitkat 4.4.2 update. (Before update i did had jelly bean and on that JB i did always use the SRS Root, but now i don't know what software to use anymore.
When i used farmaroot always had only Boromir in that list and always got the message " Try another exploit error#9 " )
I don't have more ideas, do you have some, please?

How i can download the new kitkat ROM? Is it official or custom? I bought the tablet o few days ago and it have JB 4.2.2
Is kitkat better than the JB 4.2.2 or tablet lags? I say it because it have only 512MB RAM and kitkat ROM maybe its too heavy for this tablet..

Thanks.. Now i have 4.4.2 kitkat ROM. In case i decide to downgrade my 4.4.2 ROM back to 4.2.2 JB is it possible? Where i can find the original JB 4.2.2 ROM?
And something else.. I have a problem with my GPS, doesn't work.. I can't find any Satellite even after 30 mins outside on open sky..

Ive writen a tutorial step by step about flashing recovering and unbricking the device HERE ... it includes original 4.2.2 files and how to go to 4.4.2 and backwords + some gps tweaks ... more to come .

I need to root my cubot s308 running under android 4.4 (updated to the last official rom provided by cubot 24.11.2014)
By the way, I tried all the rooting tools available in this forum such as Vroot, root genius and others.... but no one of them could root my phone (with vroot, i got a message telling me that the phone was rooted, but when i use a root checker i discover that there is no root acces on the phone)
Can you help me on this please ?

You need install CUSTOM recovery via sp flash tools for mediatek, then can be install SU via recovery.
