This is my first post on the forum so iI would appreciate if the moderators reallocates this in case I am in the wrong forum.
I bought a Verykool S735 running Android 2.3.6 yesterday. This is my first Android phone and I decided to try using Android with an unexpensive phone before deciding to leave iOS definitely and buying a more complete/expensive Android device.
Well, I am trying to root the phone but every method I have tried so far is useless (tried using Simple One Click, installing stuff like Z4root and so).
Can anyone help me to get this phone rooted? Please let me know if you need more details to answer.

I need to root my s735 too, as it has whasapp preinstalled as system app, and dont let me upgrade or delete it.

Hi there,
Unfortunately, no.
I ended up selling it some weeks after I bought it and got a Motorola XT890 It's a good phone for the price (you can get good deals at eBay).

You could try one of these tools to root this device:

If any of them doesn't work you could use SuperOneClickv1.7-ShortFuse or SuperOneClickv2.3.3-ShortFuse.

I rooted a verykool S735 phone using eroot 1.3.4
still can not get a rom for it, using stock.
but could unistall whatsapp with the root...

Its Battery backup is good. After full recharged I used it more than one day.:good:
There are no lag/problems in software:good:
GPS Working perfectly.:good:
No Problem to viewing display from diff. angles. Display Quality sharp and bright, Even in Sunlight.:good:
No Problem in signal reception and Call (Audio) quality.:good:
But the problem is I can't use its full functions without root,
I tried both (framaroot and kingo) suggestions to root from above but unable to success.
Look for other root methods

yes, i am successfuly rooted my celkon q500 ultra.i was rooted my phone with kingo root software through pc.but you need to install your phones adb drivers properly.you can install this adb drivers from broadcom multidownloader tool's driver folder.it is totaly safe process.if anybody need any healp then mail me on [email protected]

Flash old firmware with qpst.... Then use iroot pc version then rooted.... I m using rooted vivo y21l

But I can't root it

hmm, you try Kingroot v4.5.0.901.apk , link ; http://d-h.st/thrZ ,good luck
Download and install Kingroot
Open Kingroot and click Root
You will see large circle click there and waiting
After a successful root you'll see a blue stick.
Not working..
I might return this model as it's having some other sin card issues after volte update..
Well nvm I just sold the phone as it was having some update error on volte and I buyer another
