maybe it's cause from your carrier network, not your device
have you try with others carrier?
or, if the carrier isn't the problems, please check thread of the rom, is there anyone else having same problem like you

The Huawei recovery doesn't allow EU roms on Chinese models and vice verca due to the specs of them being different . It might work if you extract the update.app and install it manually via adb though

bought a p20 lite LX3 in USA, which it's not prepared for 4G bands here in Spain as per link and image information

Does anybody know that if I apply a stock custom rom from LX1 model the 4G bands will work? or it's an issue that it's non solvable through firmware?

dont know if using stock custom rom will help, but, with my old p9 , wen i instaled android 8 china version, phone didnt connect to operator, only when i patched it with europe network patch, all bands worked as needed for me, but ofcorse, its european phone with china software, so i guess it is software related not hardware!
