Ext 4 Doubt

Guys I have cf root installed and ext 4 manager installed. But I have not converted rfs to ext 4. Ext manager shows no ext 4 partitions found. Can I convert my internal mem to ext4. Also does cf root automatically converts internal mem to ext ?

1) Yes you can .
2) The ext4 manager is usedun conjunction with CF-Root to make all your partitions convert from RFS to Ext4

u have to run a script to mount the same
AFAIK an ext4 mounts better compared to fat32 for u
check the link below to have more info on the same

Operation not permitted symlink hardlink

Hello
I would like to chroot arch linux in my phone, but when I extract (tar xzvf ./*.tar.gz) the .tar.gz file (it is the multi-platform image) I get in every attempt to create symlink and hardlink I get an error that says "Operation not permitted". Any ideas how to fix this?
Thanks a lot in advance

I always mounted images with (busybox mount $img /path) , but make sure your kernel supports loop devices and the img is formatted to ext4 (mke2fs -T ext4 $img)
