If your max is INTERNATIONAL T6UL and on hboot 2.49.0000, go to the link below and read post number (106) and follow instructions to S-OFF

There is no risk at all , but your mobile is a t-mobile so I don't know if this will work on your devices

have you tried fixing permissions? or tried the s4v kernel over the stock official.leaked ics rom

roll back your radio, then really flash the ics rom, and all should be well, the newer radio is recommended but not mandatory

do you not remember ? where are you from ? what hboot are you ? have you downgraded your hboot ? do you know your camerea hardware revision (2*5mp or 2+5mp) ? are you s-on / off ? il try work out which is the correct radio

or, http://www.filefactory.com/f/4ef0ef536face67a/ go here and find your official rom, then place it on your sd card, then open up app flash image gui, and tell it to extract the boot img from that rom, and let it reboot, let me know if that works, then hit the thanks button

i had the same problem even after flash stock rom i got bootloops so i found backup (twrp) and restore it from recovery it did work and i got s off. You can download it from the link below.

OK, I just bought this phone and have hboot 2.49 also. But you say you are rooted? and have custom recovery installed? I searched all night and from what I could tell this is not possible without s off? IS there a root and recovery method? If so could you point me to it so I could get rid of this bloated ass rom please?

You need to unlock ur bootloader , and flash a custom recovery using fastboot. However u will lose ur fingerprint sensor's functionality until u get s-off .
Guides on unlocking bootloader and flashing custom recovery are found in the HTC One Max android development region of this forum.

Can anyone link me sprint 3.03.651.3 RUU? I've installed CM12.1 and now I want to restore stock system. 3.02.651.8 RUU doesn't work.
Believe 3.02.651.8 is the ruu available and 3.03.651.3 was via ota..could try looking for a twrp backup of system your looking for and if found then flash appropriate firmware for sprint(if soff)

I'm not 100% sure about simunlock but mine didnt lost it after flash ruu.
Here's what I did:
- Download 0PJAIMG_Sprint_HTC_One_M9_2.11.651.19_RUU.zip
- Rename it to 0PJAIMG.zip
- Copy it to your SDcard
- Reboot into Botloader, it should prompt you to install the new firmware

Its N from WWE model of HTC One M9.
Just the system, boot and recovery backup from TWRP. Not a port.
It seems to work just fine on my unlocked Sprint.

S-Off is required to flash TWRP, right?
All you need is TWRP.
And by unlocked, I meant SIM unlocked.
