Unable to flash cutom ROM in Galaxy Star
I flashed CWM recovery 6.0.2. From there I flashed FaKikat zip. After reboot it showed Samsung logo and then black screen. I can see the screen is ON but it is not booting to home screen (even after 20 minutes). I also tried flashing T3 custom ROM but no luck. No I am able to install recovery ie CWM 6.0.2 or CWM 6.0.3 but I am not able to install any ROM.
I tried installing using Odin, Sideload but I face same issue. In CWM 6.0.3 I am not able to mount external SDcard and in CWM 6.0.2 I am not able to mount ext card as well as SD card.
What am I doing wrong? Do I need to install any firmware? If I need to flash anything additional provide the link to download.
try to flash CWM 6.0.3 it may be helpful or try to flash c.w.m 6.0.2 then flash 6.0.3 then try to flash fak kat rom

The phone keypad mode of the samsung keyboard is faulty.
when i play music there is no shortcut on the lock screen and i have to open the lock the go to the app and then change a song .

I am using ur rom and i dont like apollo and want to install samsung music player so what should i do?
Outgoing calls are not going and incoming calls of 2nd sim is not comming

Note (NB) : After flashing Rom please don't flash fix.zip coz you will face problem in startup so first install the rom let it reboot as you return on homescreen you know you 'll see Samsung Startup so complete the procedure after you return to homescreen Boot in to recovery and flash Lp psy fix

I have one problem after flash this rom. My problem is, after i lock my phone using screen lock default or S4 lock screen , my phone dead
and can't unlock back. My phone is dead. So, i pull out my battery and i switch on again my phone. I thing have bug at the lock and unlock.

2-settings->display->notification panel ....... force close when open it.
3-side bar which can shows or hides by long pressing back button bugs
4-no enable/disable backlight in settings.
5-no vibration sensitivity in settings.

Why Am I Posting This?
For those who brick there phone very often they could keep it on their phone and flash it any time they want, they dont need to run to there pc everytime they brick their device to flash firmware.
For those who are trying to port different roms to this device can use this one as the base rom.
For those who likes the feeling of stock but are very upset with there experience (this rom is fast and less laggy).
Find ScreenShots In Attachement
How to install this rom?
Download and save the rom on your external sdcard
Install CWM recovery for your phone
Reboot into recovery mode, this can be done by pressing Volume Up+Home+Power Buttons
Use volume up/down button to navigate
Navigate to install zip from sdcard
Choose this by using power button
Again choose the "Choose zip from sdcard" in the list
navigate to the rom.zip and choose it (replace rom.zip by the name you have saved it on your sdcard)
Choose - "Yes - Install rom.zip"
And BOOM you have successfully flashed the rom
Get CWM Recovery From Here
Next: Getting root access.
Once you have flashed rom turn on your device.
Wait till your device gets fully configured.
Open SuperSU.
Now it would ask you for a binary Update.
Press continue.
Now it would ask for how would you like to intall the SU binary.
Select TWRP/CWM.
You will again be prompted with a message that the phone will be rebooted into recovery mode.
Press OK.
Now your phone will reboot in recovery and the process will take place.
You may be asked to disable stock recovery flash.
Just select "Yes - Disable recovery flash".
Now your phone will reboot.
And now you have successfully gained root access to your device.

Hello, I am new in the forum.
have done with good results some flash to an old Samsung Galaxy Ace, but now I am trying the same for my Samsung Trend GT-S7392 with this post (http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/development/prerooted-stock-rom-samsung-galaxy-t3012633) and the phone did not compleate the swich on. Stay in "Samsung" logo for to long.
Everything looks ok after the rom flash,... I press reboot now... and stay there.
Any solution? I just want to use any other sim card from other company, thats why I am flashing the rom.

I tried to use google translate to raise the issue on my galaxy using the rom you have to follow the instructions in recovery mode when you're trying to wipe the data but can not do it. I had to remove the battery back into recovery mode I tried your rom development but not at home. I've been hanging for hours samsung logo. I wish you fix households

i have tried this rom. Everything was fine until flashing the rom. But after rebooting it stucks in samsung logo. No restart or anything. It just stucks in glow of samsung logo. has anyone konow the solution to this or is this usual. If it is usual, how much time should i wait... pls somebody reply.

No bro. I also stuck with the same problem. I've recovered my phone using stock ROM. At least developer should reply for this problem. Don't try this ROM unless you know how to recover your phone.

No. This is the first custom ROM I've seen for our mobile... We can expect soon...
Actually this is the second rom for our device...... We already have fancylite ROM and now we have another one named cyanopop....

Hi, my Wifi and Mobil data are not working. Someone there who knows what ive done wrong?
1. Flashed Stock Rom (I9205XXUDNE4_I9205TPHDNE4_I9205XXUDNE4_HOME.tar)
2. Flased Recovery Philz Touch
3. Booted up into Recovery and installed your ROM
4. Without booting up the phone i went back to Download Mode and installed the NON-HLOS out of the arcive from Step 1.
5. Phone booting up - and WIFI/Mobile Data is broken (com.android.phone is forccloasing every 5 seconds)
SU Binary update brings the normal GSM to work( sometimes ), but wifi and mobile data are still broken.

E: Unable to mount
Hello, I'm using the TWRP for manufactured devices after July 2014. Always when I try wipe the device I get a lot of errors related to "E: Unable to mount...". I got the message:

and after a new try :
SP FLASH TOOL ERROR : (8243)
[Platform error] The load and target are inconsistent!
It doesn't start anymore, is there any way to make it work again?

Just repeat the process...make sure that your tablet is turned off before proceeding...if you can't turn it off because it is locked in bootloop, open your tablet from the back and remove the battery...if you don't know how, search the youtube...

ASUS MeMo Pad HD7 FM Radio?
I know there are custom ROMs for this tablet, just curious if any of them have unlocked any type of FM radio? I have this installed in my car but would like FM too.

Installed vibe on 2 separate 16 GB tablets. The one works perfect while the other won't activate the camera. Mirror works though.

I rooted it a few months ago in order to run Greenify. I installed Greenify because the tablet felt very slow even though I have very few Apps installed.
This is my situation:
- The tablet reacts not very fast and
- ...sometimes not at all. Those occasions are followed by a ~10 second period of slow-motion of my previous inputs. Interesting to watch but not productive at all.
- The WLAN often fails to work after about 1 or 2 minutes of activating it. I then have to de- and reactivate it again in order to use it. On all routers and networks.
Thes issues combined make the tablet kind of useless for many productive tasks. And I am pretty sure it has not always been this way. Well, the WLAN issue maybe, but the slowness...I am not sure.
What can I do to fix these issues? I am not at all interested in super-fancy stuff, I just want to enjoy a tablet reacting faster than continental drift. Sure I could just buy a fancy new device but the thing is in great condition has good battery life and everything. I'd hate to consume more than I need.
Have any of you experienced these issues?
Is there anything I can do to change this?

Had the exact same issues on 16GB model K00B US OTA ME173X_US_user_4.2.4.04152_20140714 also rooted with Framaroot.
To resolve, I first did a complete backup and created an update.zip In Titanium Backup as well as a Nandroid backup in Recovery. Copied asus_CTR_2.5, aromafm-1.91, Asus_ME173X_v1.1_R2, VibeUI_ME173X_v1.0, and Asus_stock_camera. Then after reading over the instructions in posts #3 & #4 several times, I carefully followed the instructions step-by-step and successfully unlocked the bootloader and installed the Carliv Touch Recovery. With .zips copied to the sd card prior to flashing, I wiped data/factory restore, wiped cache, wiped dalvik-cache, then flashed asus_CTR_2.5 and rebooted recovery. This gave me full touch recovery. Next i flashed aromafm-1.91, then Asus_ME173X_v1.1_R2 and rebooted the system.
So far, the Asus_ME173X_v1.1_R2 ROM is flawless and is pretty much awesome! Both cameras working, saw no need to flash Asus_stock_camera; happy as it is. All lag/freezing issues - gone. All wifi(wlan) issues - gone. All issues - gone. extremely happy with this ROM so far; still playing around with it. Haven't got to flashing the VibeUI ROM yet but I've seen many excellent reviews in this thread, so I'm sure it will also resolve the lag/freezing & wlan issues you are having.

Is there a fix for the tablet not powering on below 50% charge? Anyways have to plug it in first.
Can ny1 help me with this.. i just want to install cwm recovery in my asus memopad hd 7 tab so that i can backup my current rom. so i need to carry out both "Unlocking Bootloader and Flashing the Custom Recovery: PART #1" and "Unlocking Bootloader and Flashing the Custom Recovery: PART #2" or i just need to carry out part 2 for installing cwm recovery

help calibration issue asus memopad hd 7
So I followed every step to the t to unlock boot loader and install cwm. I had rebooted to recovery and installed Rom every thing worked. Booted up and when it booted I cant touch anywhere on the screen. Seems like the calibration is not working. Any fix around that? Is there a file I can edit or add that will fix this issue

I wanted to ask you about the procedure root in the above model .I have downloaded from the play store( Google) applications super user+titanium backup.I would like a member to explain to me in detail the process on how to convey all applications to external memory and what is the best rom for that model .
