Assuming that you have the correct radio .img file, reboot in fastboot, plug your device to pc, and with fastboot drivers and android sdk platform tools type, fastboot flash radio radio_image_name.img . Google it

If you can access your phone via fastboot then you can revive it pretty quick.
If you cannot, then...... no need to say it
here are the steps to follow if you can use fastboot:
first of all you should prepare your files; you need the drivers for the device, adb and fastboot executable files, a ROM of your choice with the proper boot.img. Once you got those put them in one folder and proceed.
enter bootloader mode (volume down + power)
select fastboot mode
plug your usb cable to your PC
open a cmd window and navigate to your fastboot directory and execute this command: fastboot flash boot boot.img
now you should push a downloaded ROM to your internal sdcard with this command: adb push *here your ROM name.rar or .zip* storage/sdcard0/
if you get an error of not copying, the add a folder for example storage/sdcard0/Download/ or storage/sdcard0/DCIM/
then you can enter recovery and flash your ROM, you should do a wipe and install, then wipe cache and then reboot.
This should put your phone to work with whatever ROM you install, then to get to stock is another process which includes relocking the bootloader.
Please update so I can give you any more help.
NOTE: any rom you download should be compatible with your CID, check it via fastboot with this command: fastboot getvar cid. Also try to download ARHD from mike1986, in his thread you can find compatible CID. If not try to look for a rom compatible with your CID

If you have a zip (rom) file on your pc you can ADB sideload it. and pull out the boot.img of the rom. install the rom. read the fourth post of this

I flashed the wrong twrp and my phone is rebooting constantly
I installed AICP custom rom on my phone, After that i cant get into my OS.
My phone Just boot into twrp mode. please help?
Need details:
Which version of the One? M7 or M8?
Carrier?
What version of the software did you have on the phone before you started?
What version of TWRP are you using?
Are you S-On or S-Off?
If you are S-On - Did you flash the boot.img via fastboot after you flashed the rom?
Did you make a backup before you flashed the new rom?
Does TWRP still see your internal storage, or does it report it empty or 0 MB?
Do you have a PC handy with adb and fastboot set up?
Reach out to me on Hangouts if you need help quickly - check signature.
Eh, can someone please upload the latest 4ext recovery PG86IMG.zip for me? I want to flash a new ROM, but it requires 4ext. The system bootloops so I can't get it the normal way.
I found one around here, but it's for CDMA and my bootloader told me to go eat a rock. So GSM, please.
Cheers!

Can u tell us ur HBoot and S-on or S-off
Try to flash other recovery , install a stock rom then install 4ext.I was in same problem too
http://4ext.net/ddl/shooteru/recovery.zip
please note this is not a PG86IMG file. you have to extract recovery.img and flash via your pc using cmd. put your phone is fastboot and use this command in cmd
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
make sure you have drivers for phone installed

HBoot 1.49.1107, S-Off. I was thinking of going that way, but that seems too much of a hassle for something that could be simply downloaded.

Thanks, I'll try this out right now.
Edit: I ended up flashing with fastboot, then installing an older version of the ROM, then installing recovery from the app and only THEN the ROM version I wanted. Apparently the latest version required the most recent 4ext, I'm dazed and confused but everything is working now.
Haven't used the phone for an year or so, restoring some old SMS messages out of the nandroid backup brought up some memories. Now I'll be using it to test my mobile app. Thanks again!
now that you can boot your rom, download 4ext Recovery Updater and update to latest version of 4ext from there

You don't need S-OFF to flash CM11, CarbonROM or Mokee - all these are KitKat-ROMs.
you can use cm11 or omnirom for example.
all you need is clockworkmod for flashing kitkat roms. don't forget to flash the kernel inside the rom.zip seperate

im a newbie in the android world
In every ROM are a boot.img open the zip File with Windows (for example) and copy the "boot.img" to a local folder.
The easiest way to flash a Kernel is to download the EliteKernel (see the Android Development Thread) and start the bat-File inside there. It will flash the Kernel
The manually way are the following commands (you must use the adb, please google)
Code:
fastboot erase cache
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot erase cache

if have those roms on my laptop but they give a failure if i tried to install via zip or sideload any other option left
I have At&t HTC ONE X + (EvitaRE) so is there any rom i can update this phone to ? like kitkat? mine is S-ON. Currently running Elegancia 6.3. And what tools do i need?
All you need to do is flash the proper kernel which can be found in your particular rom's zip file with the name "boot.img" extract this file into C: drive, connect your phone to the computer whilst it's in bootloader mode and input command "fastboot flash boot c:\boot.img"
