To root sm g130e you have to download kingo root software for pc and you should have a high speed internet connection...
I root my sm g130e by kingo root software...
Try it...

Unable to install CWM
Dear All,
I have rooted my phone, and it has been successfully rooted, now i want to install CWM recovery but when i select this downloaded package from 'install from sd card' option, it gets installed without any completion message and after reboot it again comes to standard android recovery, means its not installed.
Please guide, may be the package i have downloaded is corrupted.
