Recovery still needs to be flashed? If so, anyone has a flashable zip of latest twrp?
I need some one to test THIS.
Just flash the rom reboot recovery then check if your recovery is still there.
Thanks,
Francis

I'd like to kindly ask this: with CloudyG3/AndroidNow being approx. 1.2GB in size, why's this ROM so small in size (less than 200MB)?
Is there 1GB of bloat in the LG base ROM?
So fast and full off customization, now this phone is the best, real flagship killer
The only thing that lags is when pulling the notification drawer. Anyone else?

Nearly all stock roms are huge compared to cm builds ie Samsung, htc,lg ect they all are over 1gb from what I've seen

It will totally replace the files. I did not flash Oxygen OS on my system I waited for CM12S. I heard people are having issues flashing the new CM12S coming from Oxygen. Why dont you try a clean install..if not flash the latest CM nightly and then do a clean flash of CM12S. Just dont blame me.. trial and error thats how we learn.. Good luck and let me know...

I think a simple reboot would have fixed your problem. I didn't have a issue though so I'm not sure what you have going on.
Just flashed it with actual open gapps. No problems with google play. Seems nice and fast. Thanks to the devs. Gonna check battery life and smoothness over the next few days. Great benefit is also the dark ui.... Just a question. Is this rom compiled with uber toolchain?
