I'm having the same problem. I tried wiping my data, system, cache and re-flashing the ROM (d855 v20f) but still not working. The 'DOWNLOAD' tab is displayed next to each app, I select it but the moving bar suddenly stops and nothing happens :/

This is what I did:
Disconnect watch from device.
Reset app data of Android Wear app on device.
Reset the watch.
Reconnect the watch to device.
After this, the watch automatically started downloading the update.
Hope this helps.
Hi, I have the same issue as the OP. Just disconnected/reset/reconnected, per sudhamsu, still stuck on 4.4W.1.
Any other ideas?
All development for this device can be found here http://forum.xda-developers.com/g-watch/development
And also here http://forum.xda-developers.com/g-watch/orig-development
Good luck

Yeah, definitely try LG Bridge. I also couldn't update for ages even though I kept reading that Marshmallow was out in my market. Then I connected it to my PC, opened up LG Bridge and bam, there it was.

For some reason the OTA is not available yet.
I am having troubles as well
I am having an issue updating my LG V10 aswell, I just bought it from ATT a few days ago and the day i bought it it showed that i could update to marshmallow but i had to wait for an available wifi connection so i hit remind me later, then i went to a buddies house and the notification popped up again so i hit remind me later yet again, then i got home and waited and waited no notification, then i went to about phone software update and then clicked checked for software update, all it said was communicating with server and never did anything no download notification ever popped up.so i tried clearing cache and that did not work i tried restarting phone and clearing cache and that did not work i tried factory resetting twice and clearing cache and that did not work. I also tried searching for software update through LG bridge and it keeps telling me that my phone is up to date, and so does the android software updater on the phone tells me the same thing that my phone is up to date, I am still on 5.1.1 and i cannot figure out a way to force this device to download the dang update. I have tried all venues that i know of, is there some kind of master reset like to restore the phone to stock other than factory reset? or is there some kind of firmware cache on the phone that i can clear in a folder using a file explorer?
I don't know, for me lg bridge works fine and find me instantly the update.
Maybe try a restore from lg bridge
I was installing custom rom on my phone (lg G3 stylus) it didn't installed I guess it uninstalled my gaps and when I click next to add networks and select my wifi and then click next it shows error sayin' that "unfortunately,Lg Setup Wizard has stopped. And I tried and formatted my phone but nothing worked... Please guys help
I've Galaxy S4 Verizon - SCH1545 with 5.0.1 Lollipop and Baseband 1545VRUGOF1. Bought a month ago, it worked fine for 15 days but then sound went off. Also I was unable to play any video nor any application is working. Getting error of Unfortunately UI has stopped and(App) is not responding. Upon trying below steps, sound comes sometime and app works fine then but it doesn't stay long when again starts same behavior. I get it when start phone and it doesn't play the sound when shows Samsung logo.
1. Cleared the cache of Play Store, Google Framework and Google Play Services
2. Wiped cache partition and Factory Reseted
3. Rooted the device
4. Unable to install TWRP or CWM
5. Odin gives Nand write error
6. If phone stuck with "Use Verizon Software Repair Assistant...", able to bring it back by CF Auto JFLTEXX-GTI9505.tar.md5. Although Odin gives error but after error, I disconnect the USB cable and phone starts
7. Tried Verizon Software Repair Assistant and Samsung Kies to update the firmware but same issue
8. Can't find GooManager in Play Store. Installed by APK but GooManager doesn't find any list or unable to find Script (to install TWRP)
9. Rooted the phone. Confirmed by Root Checker but Flash Fire shows "are you rooted?"
will be very thankful for anyone who has idea or had same problem.
As far as I understand custom recoveries are only available for MDK. Your best bet is to odin your current build and start there.

I don't mind any rom or whatever settings are. Just want to solve sound and other issues I'm facing.
I tried Samsung Kies and Verizon Software Repair Assistant to reload the firmware but still the same issue of sound goes off, youtube, apps and videos don't play.
I know its not hardware problem because this all gets ok sometimes after maybe reset, wipe cache, clear play store/services storage or factory reset... then goes off again after some time.
thanks for the reply
noticed one more thing. If I keep it off for few hours, the sound come back. And again goes off after some time.
i have LG G4 h810 5.1 official then after i update it to marshmallow using auto updates and when i clicked on security option in settings then i get error "Unfortunately com.android.settings stopped working" i try factory reset many times but nothing happens i think that the latest update which i applied to my phone has an error inside it.
can someone help me ?
same issue here man, i had been browsing all over internet trying a lot of solutions, none of them worked i tried to root the phone, install a new firmware, i cant find the right firmware for it. is there somebody who can help us?
I'm stuck with the same issue... How to fix it...
Have you guys tried other firmware such as Lineage os or cyanogenmod?
I'm stuck with same issue... Can't install apps from unveriffied source.
I also have been on this issue of setting app crashing when I try enter "Apps" in settings and click on any app, for weeks trying to fix it, including factory reset 10 times, clearing cash and starting new account on my phone, after I noticed it on my seldom used LG G4. But now it looks like I finally fixed it a minute ago (my com.android.settings stopped crashing, at least for now.) I used free App Manager by AndroidDeveloperLB from Google Play Store. It has option... something like uninstalling updates (or rolling a selected app back to the original installation). I uninstalled the update, and app "Settings" stopped crashing. Now I am waiting to see if system will install this update again, and if it causes crashing again... then I will think what to do... If crashes again, then I guess I will have to do a research and block updates for this app somehow)
Am stuck with same problem too. Cant install apps or set a lock code for my LG G4 H810 from ATT running on Marshmallow

I just fixed this issue on mine, only thing I did was restore my system through twrp. I made backups of prettymuch everything while the phone was experiencing bootloop because I guess I stopped google play services with airfrozen. Seems to have that effect anyway... So before factory resetting, decided to do a backup of system and data and prettymuch all the essential things, then reset and got the problem popping up in a fresh reset phone. Strange that my original more hacked and unlocked rom seemed not to have it... I couldn't enable debugging so I had to resort to twrp to figure out what to do and took a gamble and restored the system. Wow, so shocked when it showed up normal again.
So only take away is that the problem is isolated in the system part not data. If it is something to do with google play store and maybe I rolled things back to a previous version, I have no clue. Wish I could say for sure. If you don't have twrp, get it and you'll be back up in no time in some form I'm sure..
