Bluetooth with LG Tone Ultra (HBS-800), navigation prompts are cut off. - Verizon LG G3

I just got the HBS-800 headphones, and tried using the waze app, but the audio seems to be cut off when I get navigation prompts.
For example, instead of it sounding "Turn Right" I hear something like "rn Right" the first couple of letters seem to not be coming through.
Anyone else experienced this, or is there some kind of way to add a delay or something so that the whole prompt gets through.
I am rooted, and xposed.
Thanks

Anyone know how to off voice commands?

Anyone using the razr headset with the phone? everytime i workout with this headset i feel like banging my phone on the blardy wall..
For some strange reason it automatically dials my recent calls. I think its something to do with the microphone..when i pant or take deep breaths the voice command thingy comes on, and sometime suddenly just randomly call people...good god its annoying as hell!
anyone know how to disable it? the only reason i use this headset over my seinheriser is cause its LOUD. when your in the gym you need loud bass to keep the pump!
Have you tried restarting the phone? I've had Voice Commands go crazy on me and not let me use my headset to control my music. A simple restart fixed it.
Have you tried a different headset? Maybe you got some sweat in the mic and it screwed something up. I've had this happen also. Do the Sennheisers you mentioned have a mic with music control?
If you're rooted you can freeze Voice Command using Titanium Backup.
Ill try freezing it and see how it goes. No my Sennheisers do not have a mic, thats why it does not happen when i use them, but the sound produced is softer, which is why i dont use em.
Restarting does not help.
Ran in to the same problem with my brother's phone; the problem is voice commands hijacks the headset button. There is an easy way to disable that, for those who are not rooted or don't want to freeze the app: go to settings, Applications and change the double-tap home launch setting to None. Now headset works as it should and controls PowerAmp, rather than popping up voice commands every time.
I had the same issue with mine. Freezing it with Titanium worked perfectly.
If you have an issue with it stopping your music as if disconnected it, I haven't found a fix for that.
And i always find best sony earphones with isolation and with noise cancelling, you'll enhance max trebles in sound settings, get PowerAmp to enhance on basses and for sake of this gorgeous combination forget about microphone.
Original earphones are always not good enough. Always must buy separately.
mass.w on droidrazr
Use "rom tool box" and freeze

U can go to settings and changing the double tap home button to something else. Ur probably hitting the home button twice during ur work out.

Has anyone been able to disable voice commands on stock? It's annoying trying to use pandora with headphones that have a button because the voice command prompt keeps popping up. One work around I've found is to use Headset Button Controller app.
You can also use media button router.... its free in the play store... allows you to map bluetooth device buttons to a specific app or apps... necessity with the ICS leaks because android hijacks the play button for voice commands if you use Pandora or a third party app to play music...

[Q] Trying to use Google Now when paired with Bluetooth

Just got the HTC one and ran into a bit of a snag.
I have my phone paired with my car stereo and while driving I went into Google Now and said "OK GOOGLE"
This seemed to work and the screen said "Tell Google what to do"
So I tried and nothing happened. Normally, the little microphone thing in the upper left hand corner flashes as it it listening to what you say, but when in my car, it does nothing.
If I unpair my phone from my car, it works perfectly.
It leads me to believe that the phone is wanting to listen to the commands through the bluetooth in my car, but not on the microphone on the phone..
When I had the S4, it worked great, so I am wondering if it's something to do with the fact that the HTC One is still on 4.1, or is it something wonky with HTC's modifications?
Any suggestions?

I have the same problem. Further more, if you try to use the speech recognition (microphone in the keyboard), it does not work either. Afetr turning bluetooth off, both of them work fine.
dont know if you guys have tried this, but if you go into google now settings, theres a section for voice. if you click on that, theres a place where you can enable bluetooth headset.

Low voice guidance on navigation with music???

Hey everyone, I've been trying to figure out why sometimes the voice guidance from navigation (both Waze and G-Maps) over bluetooth kicks in extremely low while other times it doesn't. I've checked volume settings in the phone and the app itself, but no dice. I've been experiencing this since I was using my Note 3 some months ago, but it's gotten more annoying as of late since I've been riding my motorcycle more often. Without having the bluetooth audio kicking in strong enough to my helmet, it's impossible to navigate. Again, sometimes it is fine and other times it isn't. I don't know what sequence of events takes place for the volume in navigation to fade. This also happens with all the music/audio apps I use (Google Play, Spotify, Pocket Casts, Audible, and Songza). Has anyone else been experiencing this? And if so, have you been able to resolve it or at least know what actions cause it? If I can at least prevent it from happening, that's just as good to me as fixing it. Thanks in advance!
In addition, it isn't dependent on device being streamed to. It happens with my helmet, car, BT headphones, and even soundlink. You may be wondering why I was driving connected to a Bose Soundlink; merely for testing purposes. I wanted to create all the possible scenarios for this. I never bothered to try it using wired headsets because wired isn't an option for while on the motorcycle. It wouldn't be so bad if I could see the screen while riding when the volume goes low on me, indicating directions are being announced, but that's only possible at night; not during a bright and sunny commute. Thanks again!

I'm having the complete opposite problem..I need to find a way to turn navigation volume down while listening to music or listening to Audio books..Navigation comes in very loud in my F150 over bluetooth..I do notice when i'm not listening to any other audio and navigation kicks in it kind of fades in.

Microphone Problem?

I just received my LG G Watch in the mail from AT&T. Unfortunately, the microphone is giving me troubles. I used Advanced Wear Visualizer (play store) to see that the mic is not picking up any voice. However, if I make a very loud noise or tap the device it registers. I thought, perhaps, the mic hole on the bottom of the device was clogged. I used a small needle to try and clean it. Afterwards, the mic works properly for a few minutes and then reverts. I can use the needle again to obtain the same result. However, there does not seem to be anything clogging the hole. This one has me stumped. Has anyone run into anything similar?

Bluetooth delay

I'm on the latest stock
I recently paired my phone to a car Bluetooth. I notice I always miss the first two seconds or so of any navigation instruction or song.
So instead of "In one mile, turn right" I get "turn right". It's more obvious when you are missing the beginning of a song.
This is the first time I've had the issue but I wonder if anyone else has seen it
