I know it's probably been covered already but I still can't seem to get all weather animations to work on my lock screen. I'm running Jasmine 3.0 if that makes a difference

I recently flashed Cognition 1.06 and am loving it. However, it only has the screen off CRT animation. Any idea how to get screen ON animation? I hate the sliding glass lock screen

there isnt a screen on animation im aware of, the CRT animation is Screen off anim only. Sliding glass lock screen is part of the Samsung Gingerbread ROM and cant be removed, you can use widgetlocker etc to Bypass and make a customisable one though

Since ics, multiple one touch lock screen widgets dont work properly. The led will flash and the it goes to the lock screen and times out with some, and with others it stays on a very low ambient type mode. Any one else? Any suggestions, i love one touch to lock the screen, damn first world problems

I just turned off the lock screen, hardly needed since there are only soft buttons on the front of the device, and it's unlikely the power button would be accidentally pressed in one's pocket. Then i used a cool app called screen off and lock, it even has crt effect.

Does anyone know why the fade in/out effect doesn't always work when the lock button is pressed on Stock Touchwiz ROMs? It works fine on the S2 but only sometimes takes effect on the S3. It's a strange issue but it's a niggle that irritates me and I'd like if I could fix it.
Also, is there a way that I can change the lock animation on Stock, like to the lock animation that Stock JB/ICS has with the TV like effect?

I was trying different lock screen settings apks on my G3 and like a dummy I forgot to make a backup of the original. Does anyone have the apk that I can install to get it back to normal? I'm running Lollipop 5.0.1. I was trying things to see if I could get the weather effects back on my lock screen and the different lock screen unlock effects that I had before. Sadly, nothing has worked. Please help me. Thanks in advance.
Now that Verizon has fixed the fingerprint scanner/case issue, I'd like to start using the scanner but have run into something somewhat annoying.
Before the software upgrade, the notifications on the 2nd screen had a black background/white font (I had no lock screen security, only swipe to unlock the screen). To use the scanner, I have to set up a PIN but, with that PIN set-up, the 2nd screen notifications are now bright white instead of the preferred black - to me, the white is so glaring...guess I'm picky like that.
Anyone know of a way to get the black background instead of the white, while still being able to use the scanner? I'm pretty sure this is a "feature" of having the lock screen security set up but was hoping someone might have run into this and found a solution on how to get back to the black banner.
