After update to 4.4.4 my updated center does not update my Sony apps I have cleared data and all that to no avail. Am I the only 1?

Me, too. Any ways to fix it?

Just wait for the Sony update to get updated! Lol

I have an xperia Z1 that's always receiving updates for its apps like Walkman and album but my tablet never gets any app updates, just an updare to android 4.2.2
The Sony apps on my tablet are lagging WAY behind the Z1 apps, and the update center still says i have the latest versions.
Is there something wrong with update center?

Supposedly they're all getting updated with the 4.3 update

Hello,
I am using SGP311 bought in UK, from PC World.
I recently updated the tablet to last firmware via PC companion and it seems like the Playmemories has gone from album app. Is there any way to fix this issue?

Mine's still there after update.

Just got my new Z2 a few days ago. Love the phone but a few quirks though. The main one - photos reappear after they have been deleted after a reboot or after waiting a few hours.
Steps to reproduce.
1. Take a picture with the stock camera app
2a. Delete it immediately from the camera app and also delete it from the trash within the Google Photos app.
2b. or go into the Sony album app and delete it from there.
3. Reboot the phone
4. Open the Sony album app. Voila... the picture is back again.
Can someone verify this behavior for me? Any suggestions?

ive found that with .55 and .402 firmwares there is a media scanning issue/app function issue
i dont think there is much to do besides deleting the pic using xplore, xplore app adds to the media info hence it should disapear from the album all together

Thanks!! I'm using Solid Explorer and will definitely try deleting from a file explorer. Funny thing is that if I delete the reappeared photo via eg. the Sony album app (so deleting it for the second time) it does go away permanently.
Do you reckon this is going to be solved via a firmware update? Or do I need to go hobby around the issue myself?

Found it. I had set the storage location to my SD within the camera app. Changed that back and the issue of reappearing pictures is gone. That all my widgets and live wallpaper were destroyed in the process got me even more paranoid about this firmware, but hey that's solvable too
Thanks for the help.

Dear friends,
I have been searched for the solution for Facebook video problem for long time. Whenever I play any shared video from Facebook app, I always got error messages (see attachment photo).
If anyone have same problem please share your story.
Thank you very much

Having the same thing. Plays about 10-20 seconds then freezes. If I open the Facebook app on my old Galaxy S3 and try the same video it plays fine.
This is quite annoying. I also encountered this problem only on my Z2. My other device plays well...

If possible uninstall all updates down to v 6.0.0.28.28 if not possible just Google this version and install it videos should work then we just need to wait for Facebook to fix their s#itty app.
Don't forget the thanks button if this works for u

I don't think this bug from facebook.apk because others device like samsung, lenovo and etc work properly... Maybe this bug from stock fw...
