I hope it's not gonna be happen to me
Wifi and data are not working for me, even after fresh installation.
Will "can't connect to camera" error remain in 5.0? So far it's basically in every aosp/aokp based rom.

Mate, no real description of the ROM and no screenshots mean that interest will be affected.
The ROM is very fluid and fast but my phone was extremely hot. Other then that its a pretty good AOSP build. Sad to know that there isnt any custom kernels to flash on top of pure AOSP ROM's
What does settings> rm -rf etc mean? I want to try this ROM out, bit I don't want to wipe my device making an error ?

Did you give rom enough time to settle down? You can try the available AOSP kernels, might work.

For now you can change the model number in install script. I will look into it later.
I just saw this rom; I am very interested. I will try it after work!
I just lost root. Flashing supersu through twrp gives no errors. A message keeps popping about there is no su binary installed....Very frustrating

I've tried the kernels but none boot. I gave it about a day to settle. Battery was good but phone was warm.
I am getting a "error executing binary updater script" error...anybody else have this issue?
To those running this ROM, what kernels are you guys using?
Stock kernel. Why this ROM refuses supersu is beyond my comprehension.
Hi, I would like to test but please tell me about problems with root? I need root, so please tell me if it can be rooted and how to root

I haven't had any issues with the proximity sensor, but did need to "killall rild" when I woke up this morning. I'm pretty sure every CM based lollipop build is going to have the data problem, so it is something that you'll need to get used to until it gets fixed. Not a huge issue for me, but YMMV.

Works in A500Y
Sorry, I took your zip, modify the installation script and installed in another variant. Your ROM works perfectly in A500Y except the camera does not capture photos. Sorry if that upset you :fingers-crossed: . Apart from the browser downloads do not work, either file browser, and gapps crashed after installation. Anyway, good job, congratulations
(Google Translator )
It's a preview build, what did you expect?
Installed succesfull, looks good, and waiting for new builds
@TheWisp thank you for your time to build ROM for our A5, apreciated.

Browser issue is cm based, doesn't work on my S4 either
I launched as a beta tester of this new rom
First look :
Importants :
1) Battery life is very low (fast unloading)
2) Random reboot
3) Very slow connection to the wireless network
Crash :
1 ) Privacy -> Blocked caller list -> Settings
Others :
1) Unlocking very slow sim card
2) Stop and reboot very slow
3) Files manager does not work
4) Long press on icon of drop down does not display the desired menu
Other things will be added progressively

Most of those issues are due to CM still merging their code and adding their features. So you should not waste your time looking for bugs just yet. I'm well aware of the situation

That does not mean they are all caused by CyanogenMod
that's why I said "most". I'm using cm13 for 3 days now and I have never had any random reboots, battery life is about the same if not even better. Ofc I'm using a private build with a few patches that are not merged in cm yet, so as soon as cm merges them I'll upload a new build
@TheWhisp i can say the same think as you
Battery life is a lot better it is very fast and stabel

Volte working?
--New Build Up v5.6--
New Build dated 08072019 is up on AFH.
Link:
crDroid - Pie - A6020
Changelog:
- manifest: android-9.0.0_r40 -> android-9.0.0_r44

Hello, the apps take too much time to load and the rom is a bit slow in general. Is this normal, or how can I speed things up?
I'm using a microsd for internal storage (adopted), though apps are installed on onboard storage.
Magisk and xposed are also installed.
The rom is good though, no complains.
(forgot to add: battery drain is too much (not so bad on battery saving mode)).
(2)Forgot to add: the microsd card is a sandisk uhs 1 card with up to 80 mbps so it ain't slow.
Apparently flashing dragon elite 1.4 and tuning with theragingbeast improves the battery drain issue. But general sluggishness still remains. Guys tell me what have you got.

Thanks for your work @shubhkirtisharma. I tested this rom on my K5 plus(2GB). Yes, there is some lag in the opening of some applications and the battery drain is little bit faster then in "Oreo". But overall the rom is stable and I think it is suitable for daily usage - no major bugs, "deep sleep" also is OK. The only bug that i found (the same is in the Viper OS) is that the location service only works with GPS - "High accuracy" and "Battery saving" cannot be activated.
Thanks again! I'll be waiting for the next update.
