I've had issues with ADB on my OnePlus One too. This guide might help. Skip to Step 3 and you should be able to use the ADB Drivers from the toolkit.
Will this tool format the phone when you unlock it?
Will this work with the OnePlus 2 MM Community build 3.0?
I know TWRP wont work as that still needs to be updated, but the rest of it?
Sir will this toolkit also work for Oneplusone on cm13-Incremental-OTA-Official?
searching everywhere but couldn't find any guide to unlock bootloader on official Cos13.If anybody has successfully unlocked his bootloader on official cm13 then kindly guide the same to me.
Thank You.

Mr.Ak

Edit: Where's the link too download?

I am using the new DevDB interface. Take a look at the black bar at the top of the page. There is a tab labeled "Downloads".
Not compatible with Win 8
Even in Comp Mode Win 8 won't let this launch
Thoughts / Tips?
Edit: Got it to work but now it gets stuck in Token
Windows can't Recognize the Device
Not exactly sure what the point of this gui interface is if you have to type in everything but the command. Actually more confusing to try and use this app than just running a command prompt. Example to push pull a file with this this app you need to still know the directory of everything on your phone, which most people won't know how to do. This app wants you to type in /sdcard/download/Filename.file to to pull a file from your phone. the only thing missing is adb pull.
You are really better off learning the actual commands or googling them and just install the sdk. Not only that, but the unlock/s-off features are already in other threads. The two links below are probably more than 90% of people are going to ever need.

Which S-OFF method does this use and why isn't there any credit for it in the OP?
Just got a DNA and now looking to s-off and all. interesting new layout for the download links and all, i usually use the xda classic. I saw a download link for 1.2 but didn't see a change log, which do you suggest to use? i see a big difference in file size, about 22mb on the new one.
Thanks
Is this using RevOne or Moonshine as you don't explain which software version this works for and many people are flooding the forums since they took advantage of the free upgrade from Vzw when they introduced the HTC One.
perfect work, thank you...
So is this confirmed to work? I'm still a little adamant about unlocking / rooting.
Major update to version 2.0! Check it out and provide some feedback on the new design! :highfive:
Looks great. I'm on Windows 8.1, and I get stuck here when the phone goes into fastboot mode:
"This device cannot start. (Code 10)
A device which does not exist was specified."
Does this even work for Windows 8?

Under what conditions did this error occur? Was this an error on Windows or on the phone itself?

Unfortunately, no. There is an option to only boot a recovery.img, but it doesn't work on zara. But, you still can get the stock recovery.img to flash it back after flashing TWRP. Tell me what hboot you have and I'll send you the proper stock recovery.img

I mean, i can take a brand new HTC Desire 601 full stock, bootloader-locked, s-onn and get root access?

It means that to unlock or root that phone, you would need to downgrade Android to an earlier version, which is highly risky and something that would be hard to implement safely in the toolkit.

Doesn't seem to be working for me... I'm updated to the newest build (KTU84Q) and also version (XNPH44S). Every time I try to do a backup of my apps+data, it says "waiting to reboot..", but phone doesn't reboot, then it goes straight to "waiting for device..", then just hangs there and eventually times out. I have MTP disabled, and USB debugging enabled... any one know what could be the reason?
Edit:
I post the question in Q&A thread.
Woooo! It's great! Thanks
Finally !!! Bacon made one for you! thks
Thanks for this!
Been using your toolkit for my Nexus 7 and just love it, even donated for some beer
I donated just to show my appreciation for porting this kit to the OPO. There are other OPO kits but they are pretty basic compared to this kit. I plan to continue to support the developer and I hope this kit will be around for future OPO models as released.
I have subscription this thread because I 'm very interesting to its development
I Don't undestand why a lot of posts are unnecessary like "thanks" "ohhh" "amazing". Is this useful for the tool or only for incremental the own posts? This unnecessary post hide questions and informations.
I'm not a moderator here, so If they accept it no problem.
Awesome...
Will download & let know how this works for our ONE

Because a product like this requires an incredible amount of time and dedication by the developer and will likely (and hopefully) go on for a long time to come. It's important to show both verbal and financial appreciation if you want the developer to remain in the game.
Finally!
The best toolkit for android smartphones! On the Nexus 4/5 it was perfect!

Thank you!
thanks! Made unlocking and rooting my htc a breeze!
Hello there,
I am new to things like rooting phone.
My problem is that my brother phone HTC Desire 610 after not being used for long time was starting in Tampered, locked, safety warning mode.
I wanted to fix it by using this program but after ending 2. step it reboots in a loop showing only the screen with HTC logo and red sign: This build is for development purposeses only. Do not distribute outside of HTC without HTC's written permission. Failure to comply may lead to legal action."
Could some of you guys help me with this?
