INSTALL
-- coming from other roms:
1 - Make a backup on TWRP (always highly adviced)
2 - Wipe data/factory reset
3 - Flash Cyanogenmod (if you will get an error on mounting data don't worry and let the recovery work )
4 - Flash Gapps
5 - If you want Root flash superSU superuser included already
Reboot and enjoy
-- updating cyanogenmod rom:
1 - Download update
2 - Flash in recovery (no need to wipe)
3 - Flash SuperSU
4 - Reboot and enjoy
For those who wants the kernel without the oversharpening fix here you can download it

you were able to sync the CM12 repo? I keep getting errors. I haven't tried in a couple of days though. Maybe it was their repo. Is it using the 3.4.0 kernel in this build?

i can't say... as soon as phone boots system ui force close and keep force closing without letting me use check what works and what doesn't

I'm waiting hah. I know you and a few other people are hard at work on the D850. There's that one dude on Google + that ports like everything and is working on PA 5.0 right now.
