It would be cool if this thread could be kept relatively clean. I'm not super strict with being off-topic

discussing a plan for a terrorist attack here, I'll be the first one to contact mods. Things that would

It might be a good idea to tell us what it and what isn't working in your build.
Surely you must have encountered some issues at this stage of Android L for OPO.
Thanks for another Lollipop ROM. I would be nice if you provide some more information about it

Actually, I haven't gotten any bugs yet (I don't know what the main bugs are in CM12)... I know the latest Video not recording issue was fixed and I tested it myself. That is all I think...
Ambient display not working.
GPS icon stays on top with some Gapps.
Contacts & message app FC when clicking on contact picture.
No deep sleep with some Gapps.

NVM it's probably my connection problem. I would disconnect at 3% of the upload until I changed some connection settings. I'm at 45% :fingers-crossed:

I'm feeling super lazy and tbh can't be assed to do a full build just to fix the buttons so you guys can all do it manually
download this
reboot into recovery and MAKE SURE IT'S CLOCKWORK MOD and mount system <<< IMPORTANT
(mounts and Storage > mount system)
then do
adb push tegra-kbc.kl /system/usr/keylayout/tegra-kbc.kl
reboot
sorted
btw IF the dialer doesn't show up on the app dock, don't worry just drag drop it from the app's screen.

I think I'm gonna learn building rom somehow and may give you a hand in developing rom for HOX+. I've made some apps for android on Windows, never use linux before. Maybe that's a tough part
Can you confirm that youtube doesnt work for me.

Surprisingly, it works for me on mobile data.
Edit: 360p works and 720p has this problem.
Quick update, I've gotten screen rotate working, I'll release the next build once the camera is sorted.

It's pretty much standard aosp right now. But more features will be added over time.
I have removed download link for now. The maintainer of AOSPA-L doesn't like unofficial build right now. He isn't done with the bring up. I will continue when he gives a OK to build it.
Download link is back. I have also uploaded a new build that I compiled today. It's updated to 5.1.1. Not much features have been added. But if you look at github, you can see that there is a lot happening. Download link in first post. Enjoy!

small question, are your rom "bump-compliant?"

New build is up. This build is bumped, which means that we now does not have to use loki anymore. You should use this recovery if you want to get rid of the nasty boot up error: http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g-pad-83/orig-development/recovery-twrp-2-8-6-0-loki-t3074758
Alpha tag is also gone and cm theme engine is back again. Some other features and fixes included. Download link are also in first post. Enjoy!

DEVICE DISCLAIMER:
I DON'T OWN THE DEVICE. TESTING ON THE SPECIFIC DEVICE WILL BE LIMITED TO TESTERS
Krexus was born out of a simple necessity. The latest releases of stock Android (namely lollipop and marshmallow) were pretty close to my idea of a perfect android ROM, yet missing some elements, which are meant to be included in stock Android, at least for me. Starting from a clean AOSP environment, only specific features and fixes are included, which are personally tested ON HAMMERHEAD, with one goal in mind. To create a stock like android ROM, "as it should be".
This means, and I mean it, a ROM like how stock nexus image should be, for me.
This isn't going to get bloated. Most UI "features" are already there.
This isn't going to start picking commits relentlessly, I will test them personally and only add things that 1) work like they should 2) would fit in a stock ROM.
This isn't going to be updated very quickly. Only security and bug fixes will be pushed out ASAP.
This is going to follow Google's & AOSP guidelines as closely as I can.
And lastly, this is first and foremost a ROM about Nexus 5 (hammerhead). This is my personal device, this is where I test the ROM. angler, bullhead, flo, mako, SHAMU builds are provided AS-IS. With that in mind, I have to say that the google+ community has been flashing shamu builds for a looong time and hasn't come up with anything, so I thought I'd share it here, too.
That said, welcome aboard!

@KreAch3R I'm glad you left the double tap to wake feature in. To be honest, I like this feature when it is automatically included in the ROM rather than have to try and either find a custom kernel or use kernel auditor.

That was the reason I wanted to leave it in, too. Krexus tries to never deviate from stock, only fix/include necessary stuff. I'm glad it works well now, it seems that I was missing some commits on the device tree, but I found them after @BeansTown106 let me know about them.
This is one of the best stock rooted ROMs out and runs great. Thank you for bringing it to us here on XDA.

you can flash the A500H one... it will boot for sure but some things might not work... like flashlight or screen rotation :highfive: You can give it a shot and report to the thread
Thanks @Bulgaricus. However, phone can no longer be detected by computer through USB. Could be because of other reasons or maybe just my phone but please check this or advise. Progress in the right direction.

Initial USB setup is set as charging you must manually set it as media storage. Oh i got it man... be sure to set ro.sys.sdcardfs=false in your build.prop, that thing will lock down your entire phone
I have tried Kernel V2 on my A500M, and everything seems to be working nice. So smooth, no issues playing online games and GPS works great. BUT I am having a problem with the sound. It's like the phone is mute but with the headphones i have normal sound. PLS HELP!
pd: I appreciate your work a lot, it's excellent

Hey it's ROM problem. RR is for 5H and it has proper files for A5H
The sound problem in A500M was my error. Because I flash RR on STOCK 5.0.2. Now I flashed RR on 6.0.1 and everything works great except that sometimes the touch screen stop responding and you need to wait a few minutes or restart your phone.
Hey man when you build krenel for a3 los 7.1.2?
Bro when is coming a new update?

How could I be so stupid? I think am just too old for these things or just dull. I will soon give up. Honestly how could I forget that? I cannot understand.
I just pushed 2 new builds for RR, A5FU and A5H kernels read changelog to see what it changed
As alluded to already by others, there are issues of root and vibration that have ensued. On my phone I am now unable to root phone with super or magical once kernel (latest or earliest) is installed.
ok i installed it on my 500fu with the RR and my physical buttons don't wake up after it wakes up
hey man...you support a500f variant soon?..jusk ask and wait for final..

Well, @m_vaisakh is on a year long hiatus, so I doubt he'll be able to continue, but why don't you take a shot at building? It's rather easy, and we can all help ya out. You should consider joining the Cedric telegram group too, here's the link https://t.me/joinchat/FmglX0SA7yShdonbh2yDYQ

Guys who make roms aren't called devs really, but maybe you could call me one since I developed PolyOS. And it's never too late to compile your first rom
(PS: The guys who compile roms are called builders)
