Every morning I do a fresh build of CM12 and sometimes in the evening if there is a commit which I cannot wait to try out so will be posting a fresh just out of the oven build each morning GMT time to Mega and AFH.
Because of the volume of issues caused by Gapps I ONLY recommend from PA as these have been thoroughly tested and used throughout the XDA community

I am using BPear's 20141118 gapps which work 100% but yes any 5.0 gapps should work.

This is not a normal custom rom. Its system images, Just follow the info on there page.

You may have to edit build.prop to get wifi working. I'm just making a backup then I'm going to flash and attempt to root and get wifi etc working. Will report back with my findings

they have not certified everything yet and are not aloud to add it. Has anyone contacted doom, nick, kieran. As will need fixes. There is a code to add to buildprop that gets wifi working if its the only thing

I've been building CM 11.0 nightlies for a few days now with no issues. I figured I would do my best with unofficial nightlies until the CM team catches up.

I used ART on the stock ROM and didn't notice much improvement... Too lazy to try it and fry my setup lol

Interesting. I don't have an answer to this. My kernel says 11/27 and my build is 11/25. I'll try to sync the repo again tomorrow and see what happens.

UNOFFICIAL CYANOGENMOD 12 [D855] EXPERIMENTAL
This ROM is built solely from CM sources. Ive cherry-picked certain commits that are yet to be merged.
This was initially build solely for my use but I've decided to share.
Whats different to the official ROM?
It has some added features, but it wont be as stable. These features are not yet merged into CMs source for a reason.
I do use this as a daily driver myself, so I wont share anything too buggy.

You don't.
These are experimental builds, there will be bugs and some things are a work in progress. Theres no point reporting bugs to me as they arent finished.
Also please dont report ANY bugs found in this ROM on the official thread.
Do I need to do a clean install?
You flash with TWRP, if coming from the official CM12 a dirty flash should be ok. Otherwise a clean install.

Can someone comfirm that proximity sensor issue solved? Not turnin the screen on after a call?
Wow! Amazingly fast. Image quality is good. Did you include something like the Bravia engine cos the colours are so vibrant. Only problem I found was I was unable to move apps to my sd card.

HELLO EVERYONE!!! This rom has taken a kind of backseat for awhile, i do apologize on that! unfortunately at this time i just had a new baby girl enter my life and crazy busy hours at work, so i hope the current release is still working for everyone and im glad to see others still helping each other out!
Also i am SKRANTIX if your wondering when you boot up it says skrantix.. well thats because i named everything that not thinking about my name on here not being the same.. sorry..
This is my first time ever doing any sort of build for any android phone, and i know that there are other roms out there, but i felt pretty proud of myself that i was able to learn how to do this. Of course none of this could have been possible without the help from a few people, @T-Macgnolia, @DevVortex for helping me get the proper setup going and showing me/teaching me how to get things from git. @Prasanna V (Vega TaySailor) for moral support and also @albinoman887 for all the work he and his team have done to get this off the ground. Of course i want to thank cyanogenmod and team for all they do as well. Also this is my first ever post on xda of this magnitude so.. im sorry for the all over the place sloppy nature of it. Later on down the road i would like to incorporate other things into the rom.. but im not at that level yet
PLEASE NOTE, I TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANYTHING THAT MAY HAPPEN TO YOUR DEVICE IN CONJUNCTION WITH MY FILES. THIS HAS BEEN TESTED ON MY PERSONAL DEVICE AND DOES WORK
When you flash this rom, the rom will do the normal, show boot animation for a few then continue into the starting apps process. After that is done it will go BACK to the boot animation for just a few seconds before it then fully boots up.. Just so everyone is aware and don't want anyone to think oh, its bootlooping when its indeed not doing so

Everything seems to be working great.. Bluetooth synced with my watch...Made phone calls sent texts..So far havent found anything not working...Real smooth and fast...Can't comment on battery life yet but so far one of the best roms I have used...Thanks

Idk about everybody else but when I switch between camera and video in the Google camera app it says "can not connect to camera." Other than that, great job on the ROM! Thanks for your hard work

@NewWorldOrphan9 yes this is just a stock MM Build, at the moment there are no extra Feature's other than what has been added in with CM things
@bigfruits8188 Thank you kindly! Ive been having that issue also with the (if you are using it) Google camera app.. ive noticed if you use the "Stock" Cyanogenmod camera app for some reason it doesnt have any problems working.

in my personal opinion, the things i have noticed that are different are.. system overall is much faster and fluid, transitions seem to happen a lot faster, i personally like that it now asked almost anything you do to allow or deny permissions for usage. the battery life is overall much better, the ability to optimize all or one app for better battery life/performance is a plus. I am sure there are things i am missing, but those are a few things i notice in day to usage
I just want to apologize to everyone, i wanted to have a new build out for you all today but i am currently having some building issue hoping to have everything resolved shortly. until that time,the current rom that is on here is still working and available!

I had beta 3 installed with working Camara but there was no sound when I was calling people only if I clicked the speakers, so yeah imma try and report that to him

Oh man, I'm so happy. RR is literally the only rom that is capable of playing 1440p video on my Tab S (that has a 2560 x 1600 screen). It's such a great ROM. My day has been made!

Thank u so much for your great work sir. I tryes your beta 3 last night and loved it! The only reason why I had to turn back was because of the call only work on speaker phone. But I am super excited for your next update. Ty so much for the effort.

I have fixed all sound bugs, i´m going to check the rom and make an update!

For me it's key to have a ROM that is relatively bug-free AND is frequently updated with security patches. Android is one big security hole.
for me all CM 13 rom have one problem, large battery drain. Miui work better for me
