I upgraded my android from this site:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2786086
I downloaded all that is required including the emoji at the bottom. Everything went fine until I checked the wifi, it just kept authenticating for hours which is frustrating.

FIXED IT!
I found out the Emoji Zip is causing it, wifi is back but now I don't have emoji on my keyboard, where to get a zip for this that doesn't cause wifi problem.

Try Tegrak kernel. A recovery lagfix kernel that includes rooting your e120s.

[Q] Zenithink C93 Wifi LOST (Logcat included)

Hi everyone!
I just bought a Zenithink C93 (ZT283) and it was working perfectly.
It came with Android 4.1
The thing is that i downloaded a firmware upgrade and WiFi it stopped working.
I can't turn it on.
I tried downgrading to the previous (and older) firmwares, and still nothing.
After looking at the logcat, i found that it might be a driver problem, but i can't figure it out.
any help?
Thank you!!

[Q] A repeating problem with sound

Hi, everyone!
For some time I have a problem with the sound on my Galaxy S3: once in 2-3 days the sound disappears in every application where it should be (audio and video players, alarm, ringtones etc). The native audioplayer shows a message "The player does not support this type of files". It looks like there is a problem with sound driver (but this is an amateur's opinion). After rebooting everything works fine - but again only for 2-3 days.
I've tried to change the firmware (installed Easy Project 4.1, android version 4.1.2) but the problem remains.
May be someone knows, what can be the cause of this problem and how to fix it?
Thanks in advance!

Well, thanks.
The thing is that it is not because of the firmware of Easy Project because the same trouble was with previous custom firmware (don't remember what it was). I am thinking over the getting back to original firmware and look if this problem appears again - just expected that may be there is another solution )
P.s. About the site - yes, it is a torrent place for russians )

[Q] Zync Z-930 plus Need firmware, need slove

Hi all
I came to this forum, to find help for my problem.
Believe me, this problem has me really break my head.
I bought a tablet zync Z930-plus with android 4.0
I began to discover it, connecting and installing applications via Google Play store.
And suddenly, in five days of use, it failed, stilling blocked at the logon android.
The last thing I remember is that I installed an application that upgrad android to 4.2 , I can't exactly remember the name of the application, but I remember that I tried to go to android 4.2. Do not blame me, because I'm not an expert, but I'm curious, and I think that all the things go well.
Now the tablet is still stucking on android logo when I turn it on.
I tried to repair it and reinstall with several method, I did the factory reset ... still nothing, one of this method is that I navigate to the official website of zync, and I downloaded the pack of updating and reinstalling the OS with the PDF tutorial, but the tablet does not connect with the computer (Windows XP), it is still stuck at android logo.
I download and install firmware with the sd card, I got a little, but the toutche screen not work, and I came across a Chinese android:crying: !!!!!!....
I do not know what to do now.
Can you give me a hand please
some friendes in forums advised me to go and ask in xda-developers.com, they tell me that i need a firmware that work fine with the CPU of the tablet...for this, i am here, and i bring with me a picture of the "motherboard" of the tablet, in joint
Thank you
Note: If you want more information, I will pass it

Hello,
Thank you very much for sharing the file. The links seem to be dead, as in they're no longer uploaded/accessible from the URL you have provided. Do you think you could share the file again? I apologise for any inconvenience.
Or could anyone share the stock ROM from the P791 tablet from ASDA?
Thank you and kind regards.

i havent got the file anymore - i originally got it from the settings in the tablet,
settings - about tablets - system updates
it just downloaded the file via browser to downloads folder as i recall, and you copy it out before it detects the update file is there.
it downloads from ftp://mypolaroidtablet.com but i cant access that from my laptop without a username and password
i dont recall it asking when accessing from the tablet, which i cant do as its been dropped a couple of times and now the screen is cracked and the wifi doesnt work
regards

http://southerntelecom.com/polaroidsupport/updates.html - some update files but doesnt seem to list this one, unless you find one that is compatible

Hey there, I just got one of these p791 Polaroid tablets for Christmas this year.
When I try to do the usual update method (Settings > About tablet > System update) it locks up and I have to force it to stop. So no auto-updates for me.
Currently stuck on KK 4.4.2
Is there anyone or anyway to get this ROM so I can manually install it, or anyone who's had this problem and fixed it so I can just update my tablet.

Hopefully you already got it sorted.. However, if not then you may want to know the tools usually used to fix this device are:
RKBatchTool,
AndroidTool,
Or PhoenixSuit (although I've not managed to get this one to work)
You can do a quick Google search on any of the tools mentioned above as well as find information on the installation process including the flashing of the P791 device.
I wasn't able to get mine turned on again but you may be able to. (Years ago I used these tools and got it working again, but can't seem to do it this time, maybe mines just had it. I think these are the only options for us though and I remember the annoying task of trying to figure it out as the specific device you're talking about, the one from Asda isn't hardly mentioned nor is it even supported by manufactures anymore so now I have an account on here I thought I'd just post this reply ?

**Update**
Since writing my reply to your OP I decided to give it another go and was successful.
I used AndroidTools to complete the process of flashing the stock update.img via the "Firmware" tab. If you need any help doing it feel free to reply to this post!
