I took a picture of the image with the Google Translate app. Basically, it says the setup wizard has stopped working.
We're going to need some more details, namely:
Have you rooted the device? If so, which method did you use to root it?
Do you have a custom recovery on there, such as Clockworkmod or TWRP?
What ROM and ROM version are you running? The Stock ROM that came with the phone or a custom ROM like CyanogenMod?
What steps have you taken to try to fix this?

I want to know if there is a great os or android rom for my tablet. I hate the basic stock rom its slow and buggy. Appreciate the reply.
