here is the values for Interactive Governor that I've been used,
Tested on my LG G3 2Gb Ram 16gb Rom.
remember.. you must have TWRP Installed

2. Go to TWRP
3. Flash it
4. Done
For Custom Kernel, use this value
like Chuppa Cups Kernel and Others, use Kernel Tuner, Trickster Mod, etc

it's a bit of both, just try to makes the optimal settings for my daily usage

setting won't stick, i don't know why
even bought the trickster donate key to save the settings, still, some of the values are changing itself.

well, with trickster mod there's setting (checklist) to enable set on boot,
Working fine here on stock kernel
and tested with cuppa chups kernel with Trickster too

Of course you can, this is just a governor value that I thinks Optimal for G3

i think the most proper answer to some posts above me: see for yourself.
i was also hovering around this tweaked interactive and my custom blend of intellidemand,
but for noticable increase in juice, i'd say this tweaked interactive is worth to try.

Don't Use flashable zip. that's only for stock kernel.
you can always use Trickster mod to Apply the same value .
