English first:
Hello, I'm using a translator, but hope this can help.
I can not find any slovenian language ROMs in the search, it isn't a language I've found on a windows mobile before. Swype keyboard does support Slovenian though, maybe it would be worth trying?
There are a lot of keyboard programs offering slovenian language support on Android also.
Hope this helps!
Slovenian:
Pozdravljeni, jaz sem z uporabo prevajalec, vendar upanje to moči pomoč.
Upanje to pomoč!

The su was not working on me but i have fixed this by installing the CWM-SuperSU-v0.94.zip via TWRP.
Its nice to see someone focusing specifically on our brothers and sisters who might want a multi-language choice for their device

What you're saying is, I have to find a Galaxy Note i9220, and extract the firmware out of it, and install it onto my i717? If so, would it be compatible, seeing as how the hardware is different?
No. Find the firmware from the Chinese, to remove language files from applications to rebuild the applications and firmware for the i717.
I can't get it to boot for some reason.
It loads for maybe 30-40 seconds and then reboots into recovery
Trying to redownload maybe it will fix the issues.
