please help me i am facing one really serious issue
one of my idiot friend flashed one wrong file of some other cellphone through CWM (it was about increasing app storage) , after that my cellphone restarted and nothing happened it's just booting in CWM i tried to install custom roms , even tried to format memory even ODIN3 is not detecting my device ...what should i do?
someone suggested to flash the cell with .ftf file of latest firmware but i dint find any flash .ftf file on net please help.....thank u:crying:

it was forum for increase size of xperia c and he used it on grand quattro

Your friend really did a great mess, haha.
But you are booting on CWM, so we can recover it.
What happens when you flash a custom rom? Tell me and I will think on a solution.
USB JIG
You can enter download mode?
If cant try using a USB JIG, is easy to do if you have basic soldering skills and some resistors.

I bough this tablet recently, and i managed to have a lot of firmwares to it
this is my tablet xtouch x716 (same as LY-F8AS)

i was trying the Onda V10 elite firmware on it and it screw up my touch oriantation, now the touch has a huge shiftting and the three soft side buttons is not working.
I tried to flash the original firmware and it didn't fix this issue it still the same, i also flashed the other firmware that was working right but not working also.
I searched the internet for the ploblem and found that something called "ft5x_ts.ko" is been replaced by the onda firmware, so i tied the touch fix for ly-f1s, momo9, aurora and it didn't fix my problem.
I am using ICS 4.0.3. the problem is the same as this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=T1IZqA-verU
Please help my to get my touch screen fixed with the proper patch or some this like this.

How did you decide to flash a firmware that is not meant for your device?
Try This Method
Kindly if you still have this problem use the following method it works for me, and this is not the same spec as LY-F8AS
So, when you try this will be on your own risk, sorry:fingers-crossed:
1- Boot in Recovery Mode
2- Wipe every thing
3- download the original Firmware from Xtouch itself
4- download the Tools & Instructions from Xtouch itself

Hi , I have a problem in my samsung galaxy ace 3 duos {GT-S7272} ,,,,, i have been trying to swap my internal memory by the external memory to gain more space in my device ,,,,,,,,,,, i edited the ""vold.fstab"" file then rebooted my device but it stuck in bootloop since that and i tried to ""wipe/factory reset"" and ""wipe cache"" but it still have bootloop so i ""wipe dalvik cacha"" and ""format /cache"" but it still the same
And Due to the Shut Down of "Hotfile" my Stock Firmware is missing at the moment and i'm waiting Re-Uploading it by SamMobile again but if there is any another solution for my problem without flashing the Stock firmware ,,,,,,Please tell me how to Fix my Device with it

Thanks Very Much For your replay on my thread but i had Seen this Website before and all its Firmwares is also uploaded on Hotfile which had been Closed a few days ago , and they are still re-uploading them at the moment too , But SamMobile re-uploaded my Firmware and at this moment i'm downloading it so when i finish downloading and flashing it on my device i will tell you if it works or not ,,,,, and again Thank you for you replay :laugh::laugh::laugh:

hi i have installed cm11, i tested it which was fine , but when i backed to stock rom , i have got a bootloob , i tried to wipe data ,but it show that
E:format error , rfs format failed on /dev/stl11
what can i do pleas help me

I'm going to guess it's something along the lines of a Galaxy S. Samsung is the only one to do RFS file format and they stopped around the S2 time period. You need to flash back to stock with the appropriate pit file too and repartition then it might not work still but reflash without the pit and repartition checked. It really does help to state what phone for a variety of reasons though so someone can provide more detailed instructions. This was due to needing to change the partition layout to MTD for CM roms. It's not CM's fault Samsung used a stupid file system that never caught on.

hi guys
has anyone tried a different rom than the one it comes with?
my poroblems are:
1 it has too many junk inside that you cant remove
2 it cant be rooted
3 some times it crashes
4 the battery takes 3-4 days from 100% - 60% and then 60-0 it takes like 2-3 hours.
please let me know if you have any alternatives better than the stock one.

Yes, you can check at needrom.com and using SP flash tools to flash new rom. I think, there's also tutorial on How To in readme file in zip.
but I also wondering if there any other site or source(s) I can get this Lenovo a399 rom beside needrom.com.
I have a very 'nightmare' troubleshooting experiences now for this device Wifi connection, its connected but the internet speed went too slow ( took almost 1 hour downloading 1 MP3 file 5MB )
tried several solutions from everywhere including XDA forums, but nothing helped me so far. and I suspect this is must be something in ROM itself. Wish i could Port any other ROMs

AoA, how r ya all, a friend of mine give me his phone and told that its wifi and bluetooth is not working so i google it and find out that its probably software problem so i thought if u reinstall its stock rom in it these problems will be solved so i downloaded a firmware it was named for that device but it turns out that it was actually for other version of this device Qmobile Z4 quatro also called as mini, but i knew it after flashing software with sp flash tool so now mobile is not turning on after flashing, i google a lot to find its own stock rom but i cant find so now mobile is not turning but yes its charging but not turning on i have tried all keys combinations but still not turning on so please if someone have any solution please help me out here i will be very greatful guys so reply me ASAP i have tried about 4 firmwares but they did not work one was protected from the owner who uploaded it and he also put password file in rar file but that password name file had actually advertising of his shop so because of that man i dont know what to say to him i waist my one hour so please help me out.
