i've got a problem with my phone, which i bought on Aliexpress. it says, that it is rooted in CPUz but when i install another app to check it, it says that it isn't. Also i can't get GPSfix. is it any possibility to check it another way if it isn't broken or if it has got GPS?
also how could i root it and install better ROM?
can someone help me with this?

The device comes actually rooted. You don't need to do anything about it.

First, I swear that I already searched all the forum posts for my device support (Sharp SH930W - Japan smartphone) but there are none.
I can't find the way to root my phone and of course I can't install ROM (if available) for this phone too . I know that this is not a famous smartphone but it running Android 4.1.1 and have all the standard apps, the phone is quite powerful itself (dual core, 2Gb RAM, 5inch IGZO screen)
If there is noway to root it, perhaps help me to toggle fullscreen mode (hide status bar, bottom bar). I tried many app on CHPlay but all of them for rooted device or older Android version.
Please help.

So, right now the situation is:
SHBreak didn't work
Bin4ry's root didn't work
No flashable custom recovery available
Can't extract stock recovery (to get started with CWM builder)
How are we supposed to get started? Probably by finding a proper exploit, but I can only wait for that
Bin4ry said that his root won't work (I checked out on the pre-FeelUX firmware as well) and I still haven't got an answer from the guy responsible for SHBreak. Maybe somebody who speaks Japanese could help in the communication process

well, here we are....bought the mobile in Taiwan, like the display and it was cheap (11900 NTD which is around 300 euro). no root modified ROM or rooting available.
wondering how long it will take...

I can put it in fastboot, does that mean phone is unlocked, or you can have fastboot on locked phone?

hi folks,
not sure if this topic belongs here, BUT i was frequently facing blue screen after using hotspot tethering. there is a new update available that fixes this problem. the root is still working after the update.

I bought an i5 goophone recently, I then installed a ROM to fix bugs and have a iphone interface
but only the phone starts, displays the apple logo and then there drag for unlock button, but the screen does not respond ... I can not go further, and I can not boot into recovery mode .. Has anyone encountered this concern?

You will be hard pressed.to find anything here. We seldom do anything with income off clone devices.

yeah, the only way you have to repair your goophone i5 is to flash it with spflashtool and install a rom i5s (which will be the only one which works)
as i'm concerned, i returned my phone to the seller who told me that he will repair it totally, and update it, himself..

it seems nice and chip, but, it has not the appl theme installed, and i'm not sur that you can use google play doesn't it ?

Hey did ne one find a answer? I've tried so ... so.. so... many roms on this phone and none of them work (e.g. the screen is still unresponsive) I've even tried the pure android rom .. still nothing and now I can't access the "usb debugging" mode either .. :crying:

I bought myself Tracer Oxygen GS1 and i had some problem with its software. I successfuly rooted smartphone, but then i tried to install new rom i found under this link:
The problem is, i bricked my phone. However it's still somehow recognized by my pc, so I'm not loosing my faith that it will still work.
So, if anyone of you could supply me original (or just working) rom for this device i would be very very grateful

I have problems with my p70-t, maybe here somebody can say something how to solve it.
I try to install a custom or p70-a ROM on the phone but after spendig days on trying without any success I have no idea how to. Cant't even update (official) via cable because it exits with failure at the end (I did some ROM installing before on other devices so I'm not newbe). After buying I realized the p70-t is for chinese domestic market, so I have no 3G network in Hungary and have (had) a lot of chinese apps. In its present form the phone is far from good...
Is anybody knows here how to or have experience with this phone?

Hello.
I had similar problem and found some solution.
First you need to unlock OEM, that is under Developers Options.
After that you should be able to flash it with SP Flash tool or using fastboot method for recovery flash.
