No "Pop-up View Shortcut" like the Note 4? - Galaxy Tab S Themes and Apps

Odd to not see this feature isnt it?

Not sure what happened to the pictures in my other post.
But its nice to be able to touch the top left or right of an app and drag down to get them into a small window.

there is a mod for this stuff
1.You will need root
2.Does this and extract
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0NGkH-zO1gWdHh0SFBnOHhlYzA/view?usp=sharing
3. Inside are 3 files:
com.sec.feature.multiwindow.freestylelaunch
com.sec.feature.multiwindow.quadview
com.sec.feature.multiwindow.scaleapp
Place these three files in System/Etc/Permissions with the permissions of rw-r--r-- and reboot
It works better with mw manager so remember to install MW manager

That helped a lot, but it would still be nice to be able to touch the top left or right of the app and flick down to window it.
