Well i am a experienced Moto X user (rooted, boot-loader un blocked, etc.) and never bought a Tablet, but a friend brought me a new Tab 10.1 to Argentine and i gladly bought it. so here are some questions.
1. I have a Galaxy Tab 10.1 only Wifi, not the 2014 edition?
2. Second my OS is 4.12, is there any official KitKat 4.4.2 available? At least i do not get a OS update when i check.
3. If "no" to Nr. 2 any recommended Roms?
4. Rooting makes sense on a Tablet?
One more. When trying to launch Google+ i get the message that the software of my device is not actualized. Google+ closes and send me to the configuration to check OTA, but there is no.

You have the note 10.1. This is the first gen tab 10.1 P7500 forum. Go to the right forum and you will find your answer.
AFAIK there is no official KitKat for the note so you may have to flash a custom ROM.

Hey I'm new to posting in this forum so I hope i found the right section to post in...but anyways.
OK so cutting to the chase, I am working on a Pipo s3 smart and I have been looking around on the internet for a custom ROM with a android OS higher than 4.1.1 with no luck, so I decided to post here.
Ok so here are all the current details for this device:
Pipo smart s3
Rockchip 3066
okay so I'm not completely new to installing custom roms on devices, I have flashed my Kindle Fire HD 7 inch with Cyanagenmod 11 running kitkat, (also prior to that I cracked the same device to run superuser when it was a "normal" kindle)
I also have experience jailbreaking Apple iOS so I am NOT totally new at this whole process I am just stuck here.
Thanks in advance for any help.
(Also; is there any other information that would be helpful for me to post? Let me know.)

e2a: seems its got slightly different components than our note 4, dual sim, only 16gb on board and 3000mAh battery
i've tried it but no boot, whatever i try. Stuck at the samsung note 4 screen and bootloop, In fact we need a kernel i think, cuz in the top of the screen there's "set warranty bit : Kernel"
Maybe if we've got a kernel for lollipop on our note 4, it will be okay ?
Same rom is in general section for 2 days.
Think the first thing to do is extract all the .img files and have a look. Might be able to do something then

HTC have confirmed that the M9+ is getting Marshmallow, so at least we know Mediatek will give the Helio X10 Marshmallow
How long does it usually take until Miui upgrades to the latest Android version?
Miui 7 with 5.0 came out in August, that is almost a year later.

When the Android version is official, builders normally have 90 days to implement it but this is often not the case

Exactly. For example screen brightnes. I opened thread to miui bug section. But nobody cares or stupid MTK's lux sensor sucks and they cant fix it -_-

Did anybody notice the official user manual on the Samsung website for the Galaxy A310F includes the word "Marshmallow" in the title? Funny the phone only comes loaded with Lollipop. Did they make a last minute decision to postpone release of Marshmallow for the device seeing as they still haven't upgraded some of their "flagship" phones?

Now I want to try out the android 12 beta, but I don't know how to install the android beta or where to download and how to hold my root.

HI there, sorry for the late response. There is an OTA version you can download and sideload (Via ABD) its in the S21 Ultra Thread. There is a video posted there aswell on how to do it etc.... Im not sure about holding root etc, but you can ask there.
