I have seen Index threads on many forums here at XDA-Devs. I find this device needs one, since a lot of posts about it go to a help thread ([THREAD="2832760"][HELP] New ZTE Nubia z7 MAX[/THREAD]) that lacks a comprehensive first post, while others are getting posted to similar sounding but not fully compatible ZTE nubia Z7 Mini threads (like [THREAD="2916106"]this one[/THREAD]).

PhilZ recovery is only for android 4.4+
You will need CWM 5.x.x.x (because this is based on GB - android 2.3)

The GT-I5500 (or Galaxy 5) ships with android 2.2 froyo (and 2.1 maybe?)
So, you can't say that android 2.3 is "ultimate old"
If you want android 4.4, you can get CM11 or OmniROM at madteam.co

Unless you have some kind of solid proof of kanging (I'm guessing you don't), this is going nowhere. If you're going to make an accusation like that you need to have proof, and you need to address the situation in the proper manner.
Hint: Going off half-cocked in a development thread is not addressing the situation in the proper manner. Use the report feature, only if you have some kind of solid proof though.

I think not, since i not have the device (and i dont want one) and not have more patience to work on this (testing thing per thing).
I posted it like a update of previous @chijure cm11 thread and holder to interested dev (Note: NO ONE WANT TO WORK ANYMORE ON LG LX Ii Series or the LX Series, but almost all devs left or dropped out, so these forums are almost dead)
Maybe (A big MAYBE), i try something but no hope, since im thinking in sell my L3II and stop with ROM World, it is consuming me.

Hi, what about developing Slim rom or FlymeOs 6 for this device?
The real problem with the G316HU is that it is an extremely old device compared to all new devices on the market, with performance limitations and several other factors remaining. A light rom and a good performance would be great for me. Do you have any recommendations?
only cm rom is booted nd miui 8 rom...other rom is not boot nd not ported nicely.....boot img also not match....dev.block also failed to mount the systems.... any ways...first test the rom nd post it

Instructions
For fastboot package (*-image.zip)
In bootloader mode follow the next command:
fastboot update --skip-reboot aospa-topaz-*-image.zip
After finish, go to recovery and factory reset the device (only required for the first time you flash Paranoid Android)
For recovery package (*.zip)
Extract the recovery.img from aospa-topaz-*.zip and boot on it following the next command:
fastboot boot recovery.img
After boot, go to 'apply update from adb' and execute the following command:
adb sideload aospa-topaz-*.zip
After finish, factory reset the device (only required for the first time you flash Paranoid Android)

The recommended fw is MIUI Global 13.0.3 or above.
You can't flash different packages in PA Recovery, neither switch from unofficial to official due to different keys used for signature.
I suggest you to flash it via Fastboot, it's faster and avoid this kind of issues. But don't forget to format data after flashing it.

Not yet. Our "Auto DC Dimming" feature is still under development.
You can check its status at Gerrit.aospa.co searching for dc dimming.

Hi and thanks There are two bugs, sometimes in the standby mode of the software, the screen does not turn off automatically and the power key must be pressed. And the second thing in relation to the otg converter, after the data transfer is completed when the port is pushed out, it takes a long time and finally even the phone is restarted.

VoLTE / VoWiFi will be available again on next update.
But NFC is working, make sure you're not using root or any mods. I use NFC like every day for payment and it's all fine.
Can someone help, after I flash this ROM , I lost my imie, now my phone are working but can't read sim card.
