The vibrate intensity and length is very weak, I'm using gohma 1.2. Where can I change the settings with adb or shell to increase the time and strength?

Hi,
I have just added a "make notifications vibration stronger" feature in last SWApp Launcher Wear version:

It's a way for android application to control the leds.
Hoever I dod not manage to control the led brightness, whatever valu I give it it is always the same, but still more than the default.
So you can try this app.
Unlike the default illumination the led stays on all the time, untill the screen is off.
Just run the application once, after you install it. There is no interface, it just need to be started once to work.
In case the lights stay on when screen is off, run it again.
If youuninstall it you will have to reboot to get the leds to work as normal.
Can the vibration strength be increased on the stock kernel more than the default maximum? I downloaded 2 apps that have the ability to decrease this but not increase it. Just curious if this is possible without a custom kernel.
Thanks to anyone who attends to this question.

i thought i responded for this question somewhere. Yes, i use faux123 app and i am able to adjust the vibration strength on stock kernel.
ok here is a screen shot of the vibration control on the faux app.

first time i was using the re-designed app, i did not find the options, the slide out menu is on the left, you can swipe from the left to get to it.

Thank you for replying, yes you already did reply. And I followed up to you reply. But, I downloaded this app and navigated to that setting. The app has it already set at 100%. The app does not increase the vibration beyond 100%. You can only reduce the vibration strength with the app.
Hello all
I have a OnePlus One running CM12 (unofficial). My haptic feedback for virtual button presses is very weak. I *may* have affected performance of the motor a when trying to solder a Qi receiver into the handset, as I accidentally touched the battery live to the motor causing it to run at full power for a few seconds. Otherwise, I could be totally imagining it and it could be caused by CM12 [edit: I have tried Paranoid Android and it is super weak on PA too]. Either way, I just want to make the haptic feedback duration for virtual button presses a few milliseconds longer so it's more noticable.
I have managed to do this for Google Keyboard in the app settings and it works nicely.
Otherwise, vibration intensity is set to maximum, which is good for notifications, but I really need to increase the duration, not the intensity. Is there a way to do this in Android... like the equivalent of a registry tweak or something?
Thanks
Mike
EDIT: I found an old post here which explains that (at least on Gingerbread):
If you want to set your own values they are located in the framework-res.apk\res\values\arrays

Being a total amateur, I have no idea how to edit these - any suggestions?
Hopefully the vibration intensity is higher then on the oneplus one because sometimes i dont even notice on vibrate mode that there was an notification!

As in the title. I fell the vibration intensity is quite low (B130, L09). Any way to increase it without root?
Thanks!

Without root? No.
Isn't there a way to do it in the Settings > Notifications Menu?
