I see videos in the desktop site using the flash player and downloaded videos in 1080p but the apk only show in 480p.Is possible some mod to help me? (Im using CM11)

Is it possible to view online videos from the stock android browser on an external video player app. Now the video just opens in the stock browser. I don't always get the video choose prompt when viewing a video on the stock browser.
