I am coming from a Garmin Forerunner 405. I seriously am missing it a lot. The only problems I have is that the Nike+ and the built in running app are the only two that actually work outside of using the phone's GPS. My old watch used to tell me pace, distance, elapsed time, heartrate(with a monitor) and if you pressed a switch screen button it would give you a paceman that you could set. It's basically a digital person who always keeps the same pace and tells you how far ahead or behind you are. I also want the display to be always on(during the run) like the clock can. It gets frustrating having to run and play with the watch to see your pace or time. Here are a few screenshots of what I mean. I would be 100% willing to pay good money for an app like this.

Ever want to go to that special restaurant or place in general but usually too busy and never know when to go or stay?
Waitlist is here to help. We'll tell you the right time to 'GO' and using our algorithm, try to predict the best times to go as well and also allow patrons at the location to check in and broadcast how many people exist to what the soup of the day is.
Best part? Waitlist can do more than just say when you should head to your favorite place. Waitlist will also help seek a Restaurant, Type of Food, or even a specific Dish you may be in the mood for.

The white text is the only thing that shows when the display is dim, rest appears when it is awake.
Time shows when cards come up on the screen if you have preview enabled, and charge/cloud icons appear above the time and do not get jumbled in it.
Single digit minutes show up as "o' six" so it don't look odd.
Would you be able to make a more dynamic version? for example one that stays all the writing on all the time (battery wise its the same thing, since the g watch has lcd not amoled), and to insult the day of the week also? ( fvck! It's monday, shiet, it's tuesday...you get my drift). If you can, put it on play store, I, and probably many more, would be more than willing to pay a dollar or two for a more dynamic version of this
Hi guys
I would like to ask just one question as I'm a bit confused :

"kroki" steps in Polish - sorry about that
The first column is pretty straight forward - all steps made during the day but what about second and third column?
I can just add that today I didn't use any exercise part of the S Health app
I believe the second column indicates how many steps you were walking fast and the third how many steps you were running.
That would make sense but I'm not 100% convinced about it yet.
I guess, I'll have to try running only with pedometer and see.
I'll definitely let everyone know if I'll figured it out.
The other thing is that on Gear S after full day I had more than 16000 steps but S Health on my phone showed only bit more than 14000 even after sync... I believe I've seen posts about the same problem so I need to dig into it.
Pedometer in my Note 3 is deactivated.
Hey Guys,
I am the new owner of a Stratos. Once i got it, i did the OTA updated to 2.0.17 and it worked like a charm. Now, i have tested the watch and so far, it works pretty good. Only issue that annoys the hell out of me, the weather only shows up in Farenheit ! I live in Canada in could not care less about Farenheits, we've been using Celsius for the last 40 years!
I can't see any option to change this. At first, i believed that maybe switching from Imperial system to Metric would do the trick but it has no effect (which makes sense in a way). Any of you out there experiencing this issue ?
Thanks
Max
You must change it in Amazfit app.

Hey guys ! Here is my new Amazfit GPS Scanner Locator. The idea is just to store immediatly the current gps location (or may be many locations?) and to display the return direction and distance. The display is like a compass style , the magnetic sensor allows to rotate the compass to real north direction, and it's possible to display the real return direction !

Congratulations, a very interesting project.
Is it possible to think of having it also for AMAZFIT verge?
Thank you very much
Keep up this good job.
