This link says "QMobile A900i should be on kitkat firmware so don’t flash it on JB firmware. (Visit Q center for upgrading it)". Anyone who can provide stock rom 4.4.2 or provide any solution for this?

i created a custom rom with Android Kitchen and the rom not installed with Stock recovery!

You need to build a custom recovery for it by yourself

Since Gionee is using mtk chipset it is really hard or impossible to create a custom rom for it. But you can port roms.

cm 12.1 custom rom for walton primo gh5 mini/gionee p5 mini is same try to flash this rom on your gionee p5 mini..
first you have to flash twrp custom recovery for gionee p5 mini but it's must be rooted phone/if you want to flash twrp recovery without root your phone then do this step..
if you have stock rom firmware downloaded file then open folder & copy the (MT6580_Android_scatter) file. paste in 1 new empty folder & copy twrp recovery file in this folder.then open Sp flash tool & choose scatter from this new folder then tick only recovery & choose the twrp recovery file. FLASH IT.
