added the CAMERA SHUTTER SOUND MENU and removed Titanium Backup from priv-apps...but it still shows up in apps... "SHOULD" be working fine now...
In fact it seem most issues are gone (testers performed CLEAN flash !!!!! )
I can not scream loud enough YOU MUST INSTALL CLEAN ........... NO DIRTY FLASH . . .
I know you will have to set up all your apps ... oh well....get over it !
If you want to do what I do... Download APP2ZIP from the market ... it will backup all your apps to a flashable zip for recovery.
So you>>>>>>>>>>
wipe ALL and FORMAT INTERNAL SD CARD.... (backup any needed data cuz format will erase it)
[*]VERY IMPORTANT.....NOW SELECT REBOOT OPTION.... REBOOT RECOVERY !!!!!
[*]WAIT FOR PHONE TO REBOOT....
[*]NOW....Flash ROM
Reboot and setup
after fully booted, update prl & profile
Reboot into recovery and flash your APP2ZIP file.
Reboot phone and do the normal stuff.
ENJOY & PROFIT

VER 3 I received a few PM and hangout questions.... so I AM BUMPING THIS TO THE TOP FOR NEW COMERS...
reminder......... When you will need to use ODIN (like to flash baseband modem) DO NOT use the power menu button to get there ! ! !
BEST to pull battery, replace battery... press vol down + home + power together until it boots into download/odin mode then flash away...

Hey guys, here's an Odin flashable of the NH7 modem, for those who wish to remain on their current setup but still benefit from having the new baseband.
The steps to flash this are as follows (make sure you have the Samsung mobile drivers installed so that your phone can be recognized by Odin):
-Disconnect your phone from the PC, if it's connected.
-Completely power down your phone, not reboot, or boot into download mode, but power down.
-Power back on your phone into download mode (vol+down,power,home)
-Open Odin (3.04/3.09) and connect your phone to the PC. At this point, Odin shoudl say <<Added>> or something of the sort.
-Uncheck "auto reboot" from Odin.
-Load up this NH7 baseband tar image into the PDA (3.04) or AP(?) (3.09) section of Odin, and flash.
-Once complete, disconnect your phone, remove the battery for around 5-10 seconds, then power your phone back on into download mode.
-Check "auto reboot" from Odin.
-Flash again, then let your phone auto reboot back into android.
-You should either receive an "android has been upgraded" message or you can verify you're on the new baseband by checking settings>about
-Profit

Q: I want use your rom, what do i need?
A: If you using other ROM not based on stock of SAMSUNG (ex: cyanogenmod, pac ROM,...) then you must reflash ROM of SAMSUNG before use my ROM
Q: Your ROM is supported init.d but i don't know, it work?
A: Yes, it work fine
Q: I want use other custom ROM, what do i need?
A: Hmm, must reflash stock rom and up it or use file Disable_V-ROM.zip to disable V-ROM common app
Q: Google Snyc cannot work perfectly ?
A: Because i deleted some app (bloatware) include google snyc Contact, you can find in app deleted.
Q: I cannot Factory Reset on your rom, if i do this atfer i have bootloop?
A: Don't do it, i don't know why? But you can have bootloop if you do it and not flash other ROM
Q: Your ROM after flash, very long to boot up?
A: Some app will be install after please wait from 5-10 minutes
Q: About V-MOD, how to flash it?
A: You must mount preload and flash to safety, you cannot see other change if don't mount it
Q: Enable Seeder V7? (smooth and anti lag)
A: Open Terminal => Type su => enter and type seeder=>type 1 (number one)=>close

Ok i will delete in next update, i will do when we have new jb rom. I forget delete app paid. (some people in my country like this i added and forget) i only port some config and delete black market but i forget deleted it. my internet upload very slow, please skip for me this version.

shine I suggest you to delete now paid apps, is not legal, don't foget this.. you cuold have legal repercussions for this, like a report..

Fixed Version 1 NO more reboots or Freezes Krowley3 found the fix for me the tami config file was going out to the kernel making requests for knox which wasn't there Error-ed out and Rebooted the Phone Some People Where having Freezes These Issues should ALL be resolved in this Version Try it and See for yourself

I was thinking and I always Liked Options so I made the Rom like this
I stripped away almost all the non needed apps and made flashables.
Made flashable add-ons to add back what you want back in your Rom.
These flashables only add the apps back in to system/app, system/lib, etc.
No mods are added with them Just whats needed to make the Apps run correctly.
I added some of my stuff I like to start the Rom out but the rest is yours.
I will be making more Mods for JellyWiz X that you can just flash to update your Rom.

Must DO if you are coming from 4.1.2 I Would Flash it any ways just to be safe

These are not flashables Manually Done Mods Work Great On this Rom I tested them all
S4 Launchers With Multi-Grid Home and Apps Drawers From Stock to Fully Modded
The only thing that doesn't work is if you try to set Lock screen wallpaper by long press on home screen TW launcher will Crash and then come back. The Reason is because its looking for the File configuration of the S4 Sorry couldn't find where if anyone knows hit me up.

You Must Copy the Seclauncher3.apk to your ExtSdcard then use a Root File Explorer set to R/W and copy the Seclauncher3.apk and go to the system/app and look for Seclauncher2.apk and rename it to Seclauncher2.apk.bak and then paste the SecLauncher3.apk in the same system/app folder at the same time!
Then reboot So the changes can take Effect.

If you want to remove the app you have installed Via Flashable download the zip file unzip and look at what it added and then use any Root File Explorer, Antex or ES File Explorer go to the places where the system/app, and system/lib have been added and delete then.
Reboot into Recovery Wipe - Dalvik Cache,Wipe – Cache to rebuild your VM and your done !

When it's like that u jus have to keep trying different mirrors that are under the download button on the page. I was getting only 100-200kb on all of em til one came open that's giving me 2-3Mbps now. I'll post one if I can get it uploaded to my Dropbox tonite in case I or anyone else may need it.

No nothing special. I've never had a prob with Wanam on any Rom unless I jus forgot to reboot after changing something, or got a new version of Xposed and forgot to update it again. There's a few things in there that are device specific too tho so watch out for that.

Third times the charm. This rom lacks wifi tether doesn't it? Shucks.
i wiped and wiped and wiped and it installed like nothing but a reboot had occurred. All the apps wallpaper everything. The build # changed and the framework app asked for su permission but everything else is the same from the stock deodexed Bean rom. Kind of worries me. Not even so much as a factory reset took place......?

Please Read!
First, You must already be running a KK rom to flash this. Must use Safestrap 3.75
Installation to Stock slot is Required. I will not support rom slots.
I am not responsible for any damage to your device. I will do anything i can to assist you, however it is your responsibility to read and have an understanding of what you are doing.
The installation of the ROM is at your own risk and by your own choice.
Following instructions is the responsibility of the USER!
Download rom and or theme and place on SDCard.
Reboot Device and enter Safe Strap by pressing menu on screen during splash.
Factory Reset from wipe menu is preferred. However dirty flash should be ok!
Install Rom.zip.
Install theme.zip if your using one.
Reboot device ( allow up to 5 minutes for device to boot to Setup wizard).
Wait 5 minutes to allow device to settle.

Q. What is a clean flash?
A. Clean flash is as follows....
Boot to ss
Hit wipe
Slide to factory reset
Back out
Hit install
Find zip
Slide to install
This deletes everything except data. You will have to set the phone up again. All your pics and sounds and downloads are safe and will be there when you return.
Super clean install is as follows....
Boot to ss
Hit wipe
Hit advanced
Check all boxes except sdcard
Swipe to clean
Back out
Hit install
Find zip
Slide to flash
Reboot.
This will wipe everything on the phone, all pics, sounds, settings, everything will be gone, except the contents of the sdcard.
Q. What is a dirty flash?
A. Dirty flash is as follows...
Boot to ss
Hit install
Find zip file
Slide to flash
Reboot.
This deletes absolutely nothing, no wipe needed.
Q.What happens when I wipe data?
A.While in Safestrap if you select the "Wipe" button, you will then be taken to a screen with three options. Here is an attempt to somewhat clarify those options.
1. Swipe to Factory Reset - This is the most common way of wiping, and what is most commonly used for installing a new ROM. This option is considered a "Clean Flash".
2. Advanced Wipe - This option is used to specify partitions to wipe. It is generally okay to select all options here EXCEPT "Micro SDcard". This can also be used when doing a "Clean Flash".
3. Format Data - DO NOT USE the "Format Data" button. If you select it by accident you are going to be required to type the word "yes" to even proceed further. You have been hereby WARNED. If you refuse to heed this warning there is a good chance you will soft brick your phone.
Q. Can I flash to a slot?
A. Yes, you sure can. Expect bugs or issues, expect the reboot option in the power menu to NOT work.
Q. How do I flash a theme?
A. Flash the rom, then flash either S5 theme or GPE theme. You then can flash a color option for the GPE theme.
Q. How to I go back to stock?
A. Dirty flash the rom. (see above)
Q. Somethings are acting strange, is there a easy fix?
A. Boot to SS (safestrap) hit wipe, now hit advanced and check the cache and delvic cache box's ONLY! slide to wipe, reboot system.
Q. My signal is weak, is it the rom?
A. I highly doubt that, it's related to the modem and some are better than others depending where you are. Check out other Modems here.
Q. Where can I find the add-on'?
A. In the DK store. Hit menu/system settings/device then DK rom control.
Q. My battery life isn't very good, how can I find what's going on?
A. Download "wakelock detector" and "better battery stats". Then if you are still confused, take a screenshot and post it.
Q.What is that Bar on the top of my Status Bar?
A.That is the Miui Battery Bar, this can be altered or turned off in DK Rom Control under Status Bar Mods/Miui Battery Bar.
Q.Why do I have 2 batteries?
A.After first boot, You need to pick one to disable in Rom Control.
Q. How do I make my status bar transparent?
A. Go to the Rom Control and then tap status bar mods. Go down and tap "Status Bar Gradients." Now there should be 2 color options, just tap a color, then tap the box on the bottom right because that is the transparent. Do the same for the second color.
Q. Is off topic discussion allowed here?
A. Absolutely not, take it somewhere else..... Of course it's allowed here. We all love to chat, showoff, brag, and keep others in the loop. It's a big family in here!
Q. Reboot toggle isn't working?
A. It's a WIP, fix is in the works.

Please keep in mind this is the Intial release and to be considered beta. In testing it seems fine but there could be bugs. Please let me know what is happening. I will use your data to decide to stay with NC2 or fall back to MLG for my Kit Kat based rom.

Rom slots are not supported by Hash, therefore not supported by me.
That being said, Wally3685 is telling me that Slots are working fine with 1500mb for system and data partitions, and 400 for cache.
In my personal testing it seemed to work however the rom would not reboot and had to hard reset everytime.
Try at your own risk, i will only support Stock slot ATM.

I believe there will be several devs stepping up to KK in the near future. I forsee alot of great work coming from several people soon.

That's a good start. I have a good ROM running. I wanna try it but it does look complicated to flash it. May be after ironing some of the bugs or if there is a simpler way to flash. Also, is there a way back? I mean if I run into some troubles, can I go back to my FireKat ROM?

By broken video you mean we cannot record video through camera ? and for the keyboard can 3rd party apps be used as a workaround.. I used up all my allocated data else would have tried the rom myself !! Thanks in advance!!
Right. No video recording. It plays video okay. The keyboard works fine exempt when I try to add a new APN
Installed the rom. Following the exact instructions. I must say this ROM is beautiful not choppy runs smooth.
Few initial force closes of everything but after a reboot they all went away.
Screen lock and unlock sounds do not work not much of an issue. Thanks OP for this amazing Christmas gift!

Some elements of the statusbar are english after first boot; make a fast reboot. This happened only for the first boot.

Tips & Info:
1. Since I had recieved too much questions about it, this rom is based on G920F (S6) 5.0.2 Chinese build, with framework edited to run Note 5 Touchwiz 5.1.1 plus various 5.1.1 Note 5 system apps. This is why you'll find 5.1.1 in device info.
Kernel and all part essentially (like GPU drivers, kernel, modules and libs) of course are still S4 5.0.1 one otherwhise device can't run.
2. Hear Uncle Albe, make Wipe Data before installing the rom and don't blame me about stupid and newbie dirty flash
3. Uncheck diagnostic report on security and privacy If you got mobile network disconnected.
4. If while unlocking you randomly get camera open and to speed up the home button disable from the Camera app the opening with the double tap of home button.
5. You got reboot or not complete instalation on OC1/OF1 there a workaround
Please read read read
- Download I9505XXUHPA1 and place on sdcard
- Open FlashFire
- Press the "+" button and select "Flash firmware package"
- Add I9505XXUHPA1
- Select only (System, Cache, Hidden)
- Press on EverRoot and tick "Inject SuperSU"
- Press FLASH then OK.
- After it boot to stock I9505XXUHPA1 , Do the OC1/OF1 instructions to Install this Rom.

Flash went flawlessly...thank you! However, I am unable to connect to Verizon's network. I occassionally get visual notifcation that I have service (reception level icon flashes on) but it quickly disappears and gives me the no network connection icon ("O" with a line through it.)
For the life of me I can not locate APN settings.
Thoughts?

Still updating safestrap recovery but the superlite ROM will not get any update.
I hate that kernel patched on 5.0.1 but I will get safestrap to work soon.
I got the recovery loaded but not entering the ui. And the hijack method that work at system load time also risky.

I've already installed via SafeStrap using same instructions and files (except rom, obvious ) from [PORT][ROM] Albe95 S6 FULL PORT 4.7 [S6/Edge Plus/N5 FEATURE PORT] (UPDT 12/8/15), it's working fine, the only thing that is not working for me (not listed on bugs) is the air command -> smart select but nevermind! I love this rom!

Can you please clarify the MDK install instructions a bit? getting confused on if we need to flash the kernel in the MDK instructions or not. Unsure if your saying if we do or don't SKIP" the kernel flash that it will cause problems. Thanks.
My device is Verizon S4 MDK bootloader, currently running Hyperdrive rom 4.4.2
Must be on OC1 Modem
skip MDK kernel flash will end with soft brick as ROM contain non Loki'd OC1 kernel
•- Boot into TWRP Recovery or recovery of your choice
•- Flash Albe95_ASTRA_N5_Port_VX_S4_VZW.zip
•- Flash any Loki'd MDK kernel like AIO kernel TW 5.0.1
•- Reboot system.
•- wait that it complete the first boot It takes around 12 minutes!
Since the Galaxy S4 does not have a Wacom digitizer and therefore no S-Pen support, how would I use the S Note app? I did note in a quick Google search some mention of a C-Pen being supported, but that is just a plain jane capacitive pen, right? Never mind. I figured out that though the second icon from the left of the S Note widget allows for S-Pen input only, the rightmost one allows for notes to be taken with capacitive input. Nice
One bug to bring to the dev's attention. The proximity sensor does not work. I tried disabling and reenabling it in the dialer settings to no avail. As a result, during a call, the screen will remain on and take inadvertent input from your face pressing up against the screen.

I dont have MDK bootloader but I now that MDK user need to flash loki'd kernel If Im not wrong.
the ROM has stock OC1 kernel that not loki'd and ROM not have script to do that
So the instruction to be as that you enter twrp >> WIPE >> flash the ROM >> flash the loki'd kernel >> reboot

as of now reboot will fix it.
this not happen to me yet but If I figure it out I will post the fix.

Thanks! This build also seems to run the CPU to very high utilization because my battery drained extremely fast (1% per 5-10 minutes) and my phone was hot to the touch. I don't notice these issues in other ROMs (rooted debloated stock or stang5litre). I like the UI in this ROM the most so I will keep an eye on this and try it out from time to time to see how it progresses. Hope my comments help!

I use a non-MDK S4, specifically one with of1, using the stock kernel. I am relatively new to this mind-bending game of Android rooting because of the shackled-down state of affairs for of1 until recently. I was shocked just a few days ago to find out that rooting was a thing of reality, so I find my nerdy, techie self modding. (I personally haven't done this sort of modding with handheld devices since the days of my HP iPAQ 110, Casio Cassiopeia E-125 and Dell Axim x51v.) My understanding is an oc1 or of1 kernel-updated S4 like mine cannot use anything but stock. I would love to put a custom kernel, like the AIO kernel TW 5.0.1, on it if it is possible. Is it?
