Just updated my watch to Lollipop. Before flashing SuperSU 2.37 or Beta 2.39, just wanted to confirm if its working for our G watch with lollipop.
Thanks.

Can you flash SuperSU directly with twrp ?
If not, what did you rename supesu to allow it to work with the tool kit?
Going to try out gohma 2.1 tonight. Thanks.

I didn´t try flashing from recovery, maybe it works.
I don´t know if only flashing Gohma you´ll get root privileges. I forgot to check this before doing the following:
You must download the 9.2 version of LG G Watch Toolkit (here in XDA), and decompress it. Inside you´ll find an archive "UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.37.zip. Download the 2.40 SuperSU version from his web, and replace the old 2.37 renaming the 2.40 to 2.37. Execute the toolkit and use option 7 (root your watch). The program will do the rest.
Sorry for my weird expressions, I´m not english :silly:

The update was already to provided to small group of our "UUF" testers, and we were told that it would be delivered by OTA to devices that had previously installed the first public build B309. Yesterday I told testers that the OTA update would arrive by today, but that does not appear to have happened yet. If you are still on B309 and you would like to download B320, please send me a private message with your gmail and I will share it with you."

Just received the B20 OTA update on my HAM. I am not a beta tester. Haven't even tested it out yet. Still upgrading as we speak.
Error installing B320 with TWRP-L
gettting:
assert failed: apply_patch_check("/system/bin/appp_process32"...)
and
E:unknown command [update_log]
E:Error executing updater binary in zip '/data/media/0/HwOUC/update_sign.zip'
E: Error installing zip file '/data/media/0/HwOUC/update_sign.zip'
Any way around this?
When I tried to download and install it, it verified the download and when it rebooted it rebooted into TWRP but when I told it to reboot the system from the menu It was still B309 and not B320.trying to download it again now. If this doesn't work I may just have to get the update files and install it that way.

Was able to get it installed, had to use the cleanup option in SuperSU to remove root then it worked. In the process of resetting up my root apps now. Does anybody know if this update fixes the Stagefright exploit that was recently discovered it wasn't in the update log .
I have two questions:
1. I checked for OTA updates, but I got "No Updates". Can we download the update manually.
2. I have TWRP installed. Does anyone have stock recovery for Lollipop because I didn't backup mine.

Surprisingly, I checked for OTA update just now and bam! I'm downloading it. I basically haven't uninstalled any system app. However, I have root access. Did you have to uninstall root ?
I had to for it to finish install. Also had to flash stock recovery. Used the cleanup option in SuperSU and then did the install.
What does 320 fix? Still not sure if I want to update from JB yet because I want my Xposed modules!

Yes, but by updating to Lollipop you effectively had the stock recovery; not TWRP. Did you install TWRP after you upgraded to Lollipop ?

Oh, damn, forgot about that. Good point. No, I did not, so I would have stock recovery. Never thought about the update after the fact to LP. My bad.
So, the question now is, how can I get Lollipop stock recovery back ? I didn't back it up when I installed TWRP because I presumed I'll just download it when I need it and flash it over TWRP as I did with JB. Anyone ?
Could you downgrade to JB and then upgrade to LP again? Wouldn't that ensure you get stock recovery back?
I'm not going to even try that. Can you imagine how long that'll take ?
Bump script for SuperSU (2.62+) system-less install modeWhat it does:
Shortly: it let's you install newer SuperSU (version 2.62 or later) on Marshmallow ROMs with read-only system partition without issues.
Newer SuperSU installer repacks kernel (boot.img) during installation, so bootloader's security key is lost. This scripts allows SuperSU installer to add it back to kernel before flashing it back to boot sector. No more Secure Boot error!
It should work on any LG device with locked bootloader that supports Bump method (G2 and G3 do).When to use:
You're on Marshmallow ROM;
You want to flash latest SuperSU.
How to use:
(if older (<2.62) SuperSU is already installed) open supersu app and remove root completely;
reboot recovery;
MAKE BACKUP of boot sector! In case something goes wrong;
flash CustomPatcherScript_Bump.zip;
flash SuperSU v2.62+;
reboot system.
Downloads:
Script in attachments
SuperSU v2.62+
NOTE:
If you use system-less root, you would need to flash SuperSU on every system and kernel update!
Script is stored in /data, so if you format /data (factory reset), you'd need to flash it again.
Have fun! :good:
I've made a flashable zip and updated instructions. Everything work fine for me here!
Btw, it should work for every device with Bump (like G3), feel free to test and report.

Thx for great script

Didn't work. CM13 05/03 - D802 - SuperSU 2.68.
No errors, but no sign of SuperSU too. I installed by Play Store but don't update binary.

Read the description. You need to FLASH supersu zip file via recovery, not install with play store. If supersu would alternate kernel files somehow and didn't call the script, ROM wouldn't boot at all.

This script is just a helper for SuperSU flashable zip. If supersu flashes in systemless mode, you need it. If not, this script won't be even called (so useless).
For me SuperSU v2.68 not working I'm back to 2.67 and everything is ok

I did how description says, but didn't work, so I tried installing by Play Store. I think it's SuperSu 2.68 fault, because blastagator's tool didn't work too, now I'm going to try with 2.67.
By "doesn't work" you mean no supersu (app and/or binary)? If so, it's not related to the patcher script here. If you'd flash SuperSU in systemless mode without custom_boot_image_patch.sh in /data, you'd get a security error during boot.
I can't test it anymore, my G2's display is dead. But please try SuperSU-2.69 and look at flashing log. It should patch kernel image AND call "custom_boot_image_patch.sh" ("- Calling user boot image patch script").
See this and next page. On G3 also is some problem with 2.68.

Hi,
I was thinking about trying to get TWRP and CM11 on my 2014 Fire HD 6, as I went to do it I couldn't for the life of me get the device into recovery or the bootloader. ADB commands do absolutely nothing and nor do any button combinations. I've even tried adb shell, su, reboot recovery to no avail.
Software I'm running atm is OS 5.1.1.
Any help would be appreciated!

Flash guide: *should* work
1. Boot twrp on DP1
2. flash SU of choice
3. reboot
4. install FlashFire from play store
5. Select "Flash firmware package"
6. Select the zip
7. Flash it!
**** A FEW DISCLAIMERS
**** TWRP seems to be based on 6.0.1 and the OTA can only be flashed on 7.1.1
**** In this case twrp will NOT flash this OTA file
**** FlashFire IS REQUIRED
**** I am not google. Yes I am sorry that force encrypt wiped your data or you got stuck in
**** a boot loop because you flashed it incorrectly BUT I am NOT google, I am NOT even
**** the person who captured the link for the ota ALL I DID WAS SHARE IT
**** If your data partition got wiped, you got stuck in a boot loop, or the guide didn't work
**** chances are you did something wrong

If you're rooted, use flash fire from play. It restores twrp and root after updating. Haven't used any other method. No problems. Best app ever.
Just updated. Sound louder, November security patch and overall smoother scrolling.
No regrets getting the 6P. Amazing phone.?
It work fined at my Nexus 6p. All the rooted apps working fine. Thank you very much for your sharing. Appreciated it.
Just curius, has anyone of you guys unencrypted?
I installed it with flashfire but I'm still at DP1... Am I doing something wrong?
I installed it as flash zip or ota but nothing still got the message to update.
Is it because I have installed custom kernel?
Can't flash it in TWRP --> error
edit: I got E3001: the build fingerprint doesn't match. How can I fix this?
I succesfully flashed using Flashfire.
First thing I noticed is the many (repeating) superuser notifications I get for apps getting root during boot.

the same for me... I only have twrp and have modified system... maybe is because of that... but I tought that would not be a problem... guess I'm going the twrp way
hmm, now I get it... this is not a full ota file.
Will I be able to flash it via TWRP like I did with the full OTA file from DP1 ??
^You need the full ota not this type of ota...
So this is the update from DP1 to DP2, correct? Is there any other way to install it besides with Flashfire? I've always installed from my PC, so is there any way to sideload it or install the zip through TWRP?

Here's what I did:
1. Downloaded the OTA (137 MB) on pc.
2. Copied it to phone.
3. Selected Flash OTA in flashfire and selected the zip.
4. Flashfire failed to do it.
Should I use flash firmware option instead of flash OTA?
Also there are further options to select like recovery etc. What about them?

Follow this steps:
Boot into TWRP recovery
Flash the latest full signed flashable zip
Flash the new OTA incremental update zip
Flash the SuperSU zip
Reboot

I scrapped SuperSu and went with Magisk... it's doing it's job. Wasn't down to clear everything off my phone ... always a hassle to backup, upgrade and restore with, most of the time, tons of crap happens along the way.
Hope this helps and sorry late reply!
