1.. ZTE Driver and Debugging Mode
- Run "ZTE_Handset_USB_Driver.exe" in computer then connect phone to computer with USB data cable.
- Run "Autorun.exe" when connect the phone to PC for more driver install.
- Go to Settings->About phone and tab at "Build number" many times till "You are now a developer" appear.
- Go to Settings->More(at the end of menu list)->Developer options and enable "USB debugging"
- It will show "USB debugging connected" in Notification Bar

a. Run "run_permanent.bat" in extracted direcoty to substitute Nubia recovery with TWRP recovery
b. Run "run_temporary.bat" in extracted direcoty to load one time TWRP recovery and after reboot have stock nubia recovery

Hi All,
Having some issues with my GT-P7510, having not charged it for a couple of days I plugged it in to recharge to be greeted by a brief glimps of the battery status image followed by some red writing indicating a partition read error. The tab then loads into 'download mode'.
I have tried:
- Rebooting and selecting recovery which fails and boots back to the 'download mode'
- Following various guides on using ODIN to flash a new recovery to which it brings up a partition error. Following this I tried with a pit file but this failed too.
- I've also tried following guides for nvflash but on have been unable to get the APX drivers working on either a Win8 or Win7 machine and I don't get very far in Ubuntu either
I've attached a picture of the error I get in download mode.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi ! My problem is with Lenovo A820 and CWM Manger.
Android version 4.1.2
I downloaded the SP Flash Tool v3 1224 01 and I want to upload the CWM to my phone
i installed driver MediaTek PreLoader USB VCOM Port
I open the program SF Flash Tool and choose MT6589_Android_scatter_emmc files, push download -> Yes
And connect my phone to computer - > SP Flast Tool starts to work but after 3 seconds, shows me an error.

flashtool can see its Z5 compact and also seems to see bootloader mode and flashmode , its like nothing missing
but i dont want to break my device
i going to flash with flashtool like my old sony (debug mode on and OEM unlock
and via ADB command line unlock the boot loader ( i got the code from sony)
the missing driver is important? maybe i just got better version that why it failed?
ps i can only run flashtool 64x somewhat

I have a Vodafone 890n with Android 4.4. Today I tried to install TWRP. Phone was already rooted from 2 years ago, or something like that. I downloaded the image, installed Flashify, installed TWRP then I rebooted the phone just to see what is in the first photo
. No matter what I do, I end up in this screen. If I press power button + up&down I get the second photo . After installing the driver for the phone, I was able to see the phone using fastboot devices, but in ADB the list is empty and if I try to run fastboot boot or fastboot flash recovery it will return FAILED unknown command. Is the phone hardbricked ?
Hi, i tried to flash my CN Legion 2 Pro that came with CN rom aka ZUI os but can't go pass fastboot step. All usb drivers in my pc installed. Used the latest platform tools which download directly from android studio but still cant go pass fastboot step. It shows no devices found. Both pictures are the last step i can go. Can't go further as no fastboot devices found. Appreciate anyone help

You have to use the side port on the phone and you need to type adb reboot fastboot while the phone is booted into the recovery menu/bootloader. It should reboot into fastbootd at which point your device will show up when checking with the command fastboot devices.
