Copy it to Your SDcard (Not any Folder)
Go to recovery mood
Wipe data/factory Reset
Wipe cache Partition
Advance/ Wipe Dalvik Cache
Advance/Wipe Battery Stat
Mount & Storage/ Format Data
Mount & Storage/ Format System
Mount & Storage/ Format Cache
Now Go Back
Install Zip From SDcard
Choose Zip From SD Card
Now Select your Custom ROM which You want to Flash
Then Wait Untill the Installation Finished
Then Reboot Your Phone

Requirement:
LG Optimus L3 (E400), rooted and has CWM recovery
Instructions:
1. Download the Aos_xxxx.zip from the release link that follows
2. If you use SDMerge mod, download the step 4 specially prepared for this rom.
3. Backup your /data : contacts, apps, sms, etc. or backup via recovery
4. Move all the downloaded files your sdcard.
5. Enter CWM recovery and:
- Select 'backup and restore -> backup'
- Select 'wipe data/factory reset' (MUST DO!)
- Select 'advanced' -> 'wipe dalvik cache'
- Select 'mounts and storage' -> 'format /system'
- Flash the Aos_xxxx.zip To do this, Select 'install zip from sdcard -> choose zip from sdcard' and select the Aos_xxxx.zip
SDMerg Users : Flash SDMergAos in the same way
6. Reboot (first boot will take 2-3 mins)
7. Enjoy
Please make sure you followed the above steps before reporting any issues, especially 'wipe data/factory reset'
