On the Tab 2 7.0 it will save downloads from the Web on your /mnt/extSdCard. Is there a way to set this on the S4? Also in emails when you click to download an attachment it says fetching but where does it save.?

You can load the apk to your phone.
I personally tested my s-pen on note 3 and it works. In case anyone lost their note 3 neo s-pen can buy note 3 s-pen.

It's true, because it's note 3 "neo" not mini. So all of the features of s-pen in note 3 also available in note 3 neo
It also works on all galaxy note tablets. And I guess it should work on older note series since it's the same display technology ( it won't fit in older note 2 and 1 though )
