Can't flash recovery, all methods tried. HELP - Sprint Samsung Galaxy Note 3

So I'm having a bit of an issue flashing a recovery on my NH7 4.4.4 HLTESPR Note 3. I've had it rooted/ROM'd for a few months now without any issues. I used my upgrade to buy an LG G3 for $1 and gave it to someone else, and when they did this, they had to deactivate my Note and activate the G3 for the upgrade to apply. After that, they reactivated my Note 3. I was getting data connection at Best Buy immediately after, but later that night I noticed I had completely lost data connectivity so I went into TWRP, made a backup, and reflashed to a stock/rooted recovery I had made prior so that I could access the profile and PRL updates.
I applied the updates and reestablished data connection. Then I tried to boot into recovery from TWRP to revert to my ROM. No go. I try it with the button method - no go. Then I went to Root Checker and it told me my device no longer had root access. Super User still installed but root was gone. So then I ran it through CF-auto-root again, and tried to flash TWRP from the TWRP manager a few times but it crashed each time. Then I tried to use Flashify to flash TWRP from my SD card. Seemed to work, so I used TWRP manager to reboot into recovery and it went into a boot loop. Odin'd back to NH7 and retried the whole process. Now even when I flash TWRP from odin, I go into TWRP Manager and it doesn't detect a recovery. I've tried a few different versions of TWRP and used Odin, TWRP manager, and Flashify to try and flash a recovery but it just doesn't seem to work. I have no idea what's going on. I've been doing basic rooting/ROM flashing for a few years now, and I'm pretty comfortable with Samsung devices but this is unlike anything I've encountered. Anything will help! Thanks

GT 10.1 LTE - EH04 - Unable to install CWM Recovery

I have a rooted GT 10.1 LTE with the EH04 update. I have tried flashing via CWM which results in the obvious breakage. I have also tried installing via Recovery and Odin with the attached files and in various combinations with no luck.
Any suggestions or ideas on what I am mucking up to not be able to get CWM only my tablet?
To note: It was working prior to the EH04 update.
Bump.
Any ideas?
try the cwm here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1090289
to a certain degree it is a lot of trial and error as to what parts of the various 10.1 models are common and which are distinct -- at this juncture what is to loose from flashing a different cwm?
Try this recovery ( flash zip)

Then try this rom

I unrooted to get the EH04 updated using this: http://rootzwiki.com/topic/7718-romleakodineg01-factory-stock-odin-image-vzw-lte-tab-101/ , waited for the EH04 update, then re-rooted using this (which I used to root initially): http://rootzwiki.com/topic/2242-root-recovery-galaxy-tab-101-lte/ .
Perhaps you should unroot per the above, take the update, then re-root as above--worked for me.
i ota'd EH04, lost root. downloaded kernel.zip, applied it, got root back, installed cwmod, clicked to reboot into recovery and it's looping since, i can't do anything but get into ODIN but the PC wont recognize it, although i get a pop up saying android.. installed, adb devices doesn't pick up either. can't get into recovery.

someone warned in the forums and i didn't read it before i did it, used odin to put recovery.zip, now i'm back in action.
The recovery you provided is the same that I attached. What I discovered however is that if I booted into recovery right after installing the CWM recovery, CWM would load. If I booted into stock EH04 then back into recovery, the stock recovery would load. It seems as if the ROM was restoring stock recovery when it loaded. After installing Lightspeed, CWM recovery stayed in place.
Either way, thank you for the assistance. I hope this thread ends up helping someone else.
My steps to install Lightspeed from Stock ROM EH04:
1. reboot recovery, install either recovery.zips above.
2. When the system automatically reboots, hold volume up to boot into recovery again. This time it should be CWM.
3. Wipe cache and factory reset
4. Install Lightspeed ROM

Thank you. Everytime I tried flashing cwm recovery, I would always end up back at stock recovery. Your fix worked perfect.

[Q] TWRP bootloop

While I did find a similar posts, they were for different devices. I also tryed to search o different sites for similar problems to no avial.
What Happened: After backing up system data and app data then removing Foxhound ROM with factory reset, and installing UltimaROM i came to find that the modem did not install correctly result in no connection to my cell network. I booted into TWRP recovery to try and do a re-install of the ROM only to find that TWRP was restarting itself every 3 seconds or so. I attempted to restart the device which i found to result in a TWRP bootloop that i cannot get out of, it constantly is booting into recovery mode and i cannot get it restart the OS.
What I've tried: Since i can get into download mode i decided to attempt to re-install TWRP using Samsung Galaxy S3 Toolkit but since i do not have USB debugging on i cannot do that. I'm mainly looking for a fix before i go and claim it on the warranty saying update went bad or something. If people need more information I will try to provide it as best i can.
Summery if i confused people is that TWRP is in a bootloop, i am unable to get to the OS, but i still have download mode available.
I fixed it but not how I would have liked to. I ended up losing all data due to flashing stock ROM using ODIN. I would still much appreciate a alternative method that does not involve loss of data though just for future reference, that is if anyone knows a alternative method.

could've tried reflashing TWRP or any other recovery through odin
I have an LG Optimus Q (LGL55c) with twrp loop. I was trying to go back to stock rom, instead I deleted all the system files in twrp when it was working...Then I rebooted back into recovery and get the loop. Does this mean I completely bricked my phone? I tried using adb, adb shell doesn't work. It does find the device. Even tried the LG update with no sucess Any ideas or suggestions?
I just read the forum title, I thought this was for the Optimus Q not the Samsung S3. Sorry mods
Temasek unofficial cm12 5.02
I was running this rom when my power button shorted and I got it replaced but then I tried to do a complete wipe and clean flash but since then it has been twrp bootlooping, tried to flash the latest recovery through Odin but still doesn't work also tried stock firmware flash but says binary not available.
This is my secondary device and I've not been in touch with Odin for a while. Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks
Download latest firnware from sammobile.com and flash it with Odin, as described on sammobile: does Odin finish with '1 succeeded'?
I'm in a very similar situation, but with my Samsung Galaxy Note 2 (N7105). It's rooted, and I am, or was using TWRP 2.7.0.2. ROM is CyanogenMod 12, 5.0.2 Lollipop.
I did a factory reset from INSIDE Android, and chose to wipe internal memory. Phone did the reset and wipe, rebooted into TWRP instead of Android, and now I have TWRP boot loop.
I posted more about it here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=60247503&postcount=3671
I have the Problem toooo!
What must i do Now!
with my S3 is the same!!!
For posterity:
With an old (2014?) version of TWRP and a custom ROM, I tried reverting to factory settings. That caused the phone to reboot TWRP, and the screen would flash every couple of seconds. I flashed a stock recovery image I found on Google, and when it restarted again, the wipe was completed successfully. My intention was to wipe all user data anyways so I can't say if this method might save it.

At my wits end installing CWM on rooted verizon s4 with mdk

So a while back I decided to start my phone fresh. remove root. full factory reset. of course the plan was to re root install a recovery and get back to flashing far too many roms. but ive hit a snag and I cant find my fix.
Starting off, to return to stock I odin flashed the official mdk firmware from back in the day. And then did a factory restore to completely remove everything.
Once done with that I odin flashed the md2 prelease firmware to get root with the motochopper method. updated su binaries and then flashed the mdk kernel back.
And all of that seemed to work fine. Apps requiring root seemed to work fine. But when it came time to flash cwm with rom manager the **** started. after flashing the latest cwm and rebooting into recovery I was greeted with the regular android recovery. So I tried flashing it from rom recovery. That seemed to work. But no roms will flash. Making and restoring a backup kind of worked. But cwn was mainly useless.
So I started over and over with the reverting to stock, factory reseting, and rerooting. ive tried the loki versions of cwm flashing with no luck and have just hit a highly frustrating wall. After near 12 hours trying to figure this out I'm asking for assistance. ive done this before. what the hell is the problem. Help me XDA people. You're my only hope.
Cwm from rom manager hasn't worked in awhile. Use philz touch if you really want cwm. Or use flashify to get twrp

Like Josh said just use Flashify https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cgollner.flashify
It's still updated and works great. To many have had issues with ROM manager or Goo.

I was in the same boat all day yesterday - reset to stock using the MDK No wipe tar via Odin, factory restored, flashed MD2, motochopped, flashed MDK, but then could not get any new recoveries to take. Using Flashify I was just able to install CWM 6.0.4.7 (which I had tried doing using ROM Manager, and paid $1.99 for, which didn't work) - halle-frickin-luyah!

Thanks guys. I tried all of this with the flashify. Even started off freshly reinstalling stock Mdk and then rerooting with the same method I mentioned earlier. Installing cwm through flashify. And though I can make and restore a backup of my stock rooted Rom. I get the same errors I've been getting trying to flash a custom Rom. I'll try to post a screenshot of the error I get in can when flashing.

[SOLVED] Please help me I've messed up my rom AND lost root

Hello I was having problems in backing up data in nandroid using cwm recovery. Some nice guy suggested me to change my recovery so I did.
Now i have messed up real bad, i flashed a philz recovery which I had used in a stock based rom and the backup was successful but then the phone couldn't boot up. So i restored the boot patrition from a previously made backup. This way i successfully booted up my phone and got previous recovery. So far so good. Now i knew that the problem is in recovery. I also had a raw kernel file which I had used to flash the cm11 rom so i flashed that kernel. But then i restated device to find out that i have now lost root access. I tried flashing super su via raw kernels twrp recovery but I saw no effect despite it being flashed. I cannot flash the recovery because the curreny twrp recovery crashes when i try to flash that.
Current situation is that I am getting constant unlimited, system process is crashed, errors and I can see no signal from mobile operator. Wifi is working fine.
Please help me, my phone is almost unusable with this error but I have access to all the apps, functions etc. in case you can suggest me to use it.
UPDATE:
Tried to flash a latest version of cm11 and now booted up correctly. root checker says I am rooted.
got latest cwm as well
Now I need to take backup to see if the initial problem is there or not.
As the issue highlighted in this thread is solved, I will mark this as solved and will reply to future problems (related to not being able to backup /data) in the following thread:

[Help] Completely Messed my Phone Up lol...

Hello,
These past two days have not been a good day for my phone lol. Some background:
BEFORE:
I had a 4.4.4 Custom ROM [Forgot the name...]
TWRP: 2.5.0.2
AFTER:
I clean flashed http://forum.xda-developers.com/gal...m-cyanogenmod-12-0-nightlies-verizon-t2998057
I cleared cache + Dalvik after the flash and it asked me if I wanted to fix root (From what I read before, you're never supposed to press Fix, rather you're supposed to prses Do not Fix and you'll still keep your root.
However, I accidentally pressed Fix Root and Now I lost my root. The ROM I flashed is glitchy because from what I read is because I have TWRP 2.5.0.2.
Now I'm stuck on this ROM, I have no idea how to upgrade to the latest TWRP and don't know how to get my root back . [Can't get TWRP Manager because I don't have Google apps (I tried flashing the GAPPS by Paranoid but it keeps crashing because I think it's the outdated TWRP)]. I tried to download TWRP manager on my phone via another site, but it doesn't install on my phone for some weird reason.
Thank you,
Jerry
Download, install and run the towelroot.apk file. This will root your phone, takes about 2 minutes
