Its those awful navigation buttons you've used. Or possibly RIC disabling system writing.

i reverted back to the official sony ics recently(by a generic file) then i wasnt able to root using the doomlord's toolkit, so i flashed mesa hybrid kernel v4.2, and I rooted my phone.
I have superuser installed, but it is not granting root access to any app. Please help
I already tried to root again, and clearing data and force closing the superuser app, but it's still not working...

Reflash the kernel or replace superuser with SuperSU

I tried to root it with the ray's .562 kernel, but the root fails. It says it doesnt have permission, as system/"blah blah" is read only...i also tried lww's .431 kernel, but still didn"t work.
and i even tried super user su, didn't help
sidenote:I can't do anything "root related" as i dont get any permissions, so should I flash another kernel or rom to root? is this even possible?

Did you checked UNKNOWN SOURCES & USB Debugging on your phone ? Did your pc has the driver of your phone ? If not, you can install the driver from here http://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=9390362690511176454 . Thanks to DooMLoRD .

Say byebye to the root.
Reflash Rom, then reflash kernel.again.
Do not do rooting stuff as it is for locked bootloader.
Since your BL is unlocked.
Flash kernel has pre-rooted feature.
Good luck.

Glad to help you ..
Next time, you could just install custom kernel, download a rooting flashable zip file and install it via kernel's Recovery. I do it often, because I prefer to use Clockworkmod's Superuser and by that zip file, I avoid any kind of problems.
superuser not prompting or updating
ok so ive rooted my lg g2, and i have root access through apps, but superuser isnt at all prompting for superuser access, also when i try updating the binary it says: making sure new su works.....fail. now I know thats probably no problem, but I dont know what to do to get superuser to promp or work correctly, Im not sure this matters or not, but I would like it to work. if anyone can help i'd greatly appreciate it.

Ive tried flashing both following EillonCross directions using the same twrp as he did but it still failed. im trying it with 2.6.3.7 and having unable to mount usbstorage. with 2.6.3.2 i was unable to load anything from my external sdcard. If someone has a way to flash the m15 rom could you please let me know if there is a small detail im missing or something. Baseband says m13 still and software does as well. :/ btw im installing both the firmware update and rom.

Haven't experienced the TWRP issue but I was able to make a nandroid backup with TWRP and it mounted external SD (haven't tried to restore), but regarding your issue. I installed Wanam Xposed to fake my status from Custom to Official and did an OTA update from M13 to M15. I lost root and used chainfire again to fix it (I originally updated to get the native hotspot working since it's for M15 only). Hope that helps!

Make sure you install the exposed framework, the link is in the description on the play store. Once installed, make sure to update it under framework settings, then activate the xposed module under module settings. Now you'll have access to flag it as official
Did both those steps and it is still not sticking I'm confused like no other at this point lol. I do appreciate the replys. Still trying to figure it out so if you think of something I'll be watching this thread.

I can only guess that your SU is not working properly, are you getting the prompts to gain root access? worst case, reinstall superuser.
Yea su is working. Prompts for su access when I open root apps.

I am using samsung galaxy running cyanogenmod 11.0(android 4.4.2). When I install "Installer cracked google play" it shows that root access not found though I have root access. I tried also installing busybox and super su still same error. The same error encountered when try to removing license verification by lucky patcher? Can anyone solve this?

Your binaries might be outdated.. Check if there is any update for SU..
Or flash the SuperSU update : From here
Then check if this solves your problem..

I have done. Still problem is not solved.
Hello,
I would like to know how I can login on SnapChat with this ROM. Each time, I go a message which says there is an error (like with Xposed Mod).
I tried to flash ROM, connect on SnapChat and then to flash add-on. But it didn't work.
Is there someone who have an idea to fix my problem?
Thank you ! Merci !
If you're rooted, Snapchat won't ever let you log in.
But is there a way to fix it? Or I'll not be able to use it?

Use SuperSU, if that's what you have to do a Full Unroot.
It works thanks
I got a pra lx1 with emui 8 magisk and xposed( not systemless) installed. Since one week magisk dosesnt prompt me when a app like to have root acces, like app2sd. I uninstalled it and reflashed in in twrp, but it wasnt helpfull and noww all apps which dhad root acces before reflash do not, so i got only 50% of my apps because app2sd cant get root access. In the Magisk Log it says su request rejected, but it doesnt ask me. Also sometimes the log says write failed with 32: Broken pipe what does this mean? I attached the Logcat also
Dont know if you fixed this, but I had the same issue. This solution here: https://github.com/topjohnwu/Magisk/issues/844 by nonnymoose got it working fine
